Fantastic experience: Best gym ever. Small and personal. Started here with my kids swimming lessons with Zenta over 35 years ago and more recently with my grandson. I do aqua classes now and all the staff especially Jess and instructors are always friendly, so helpful and fun. Monica's class is always a laugh no matter how tough she trys to be (she really cares) the whole experience is a great time no matter how young or old you are. Highly recommend (obviously).

Negative experience: Unprofessional, yelled at me over the phone for giving feedback on their service

Negative experience: Hot and sweaty gym that smells bad. Don’t sign up for a membership. I signed up for a year didn’t attend for over 6 months and when I last looked at my bank statement they have still been charging me. My membership ended last September. I called and left a message more than once on their answering machine and was ignored. That is criminal and now they want me to send an email saying I want it cancelled. I will be contacting my family lawyer over this matter
