Fantastic experience: The best martial arts and taekwondo studio in Port Melbourne and surrounding area. Neil and all the team are amazing, enthusiastic and fun! Clean and modern environment with top level training. Great for kids off all ages and family oriented. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic club, welcoming, caring, supportive and compassionate. Master Neal is so passionate and dedicated to the kids and taekwondo! It has a real community/ family feel and culture, we are very lucky to have found it and it has done absolute wonders for my son.

Fantastic experience: Was great, the instructor (Master Neal) was awesome with the kids. Very inclusive yet seemed quite focussed on respect and maintaining self control. I thought it was awesome. It looks like there are new classes on Saturday which is great. Highly recommend checking it out if your kids are into martial arts. A bunch of new trainers and still a fantastic environment for kids getting into Taekwondo. We have been with them from junior white to junior black belt and will keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: We love this family run club. It’s always a positive and safe environment for our boys to learn in. They have learnt about fitness, self discipline and respect. Particularly love that the owners are present and actively teaching every single time. Would highly recommend this club.

Very positive reinforecement and at the same time pushing the kids to be their absolute best. We couldn't be happier. Have been going for years and will continue to do so. Don't go anywhere else :)

I would like to suggest that, if feasible, increasing the number of professional coaches for training children in a single class (South Melbourne Park Primary School) could help reduce waiting times for children, allowing them to learn and practice more efficiently within the limited time frame. Fantastic experience: Black Dragon Taekwondo are a fantastic family run club. My son has been going since he was 7yrs and is now 14yrs. He loves going to Taekwando and he respects Neal greatly. The members of the club all look out for each other at school and out in the community. They are taught respect, dedication and how to rise above tough situations. I could not recommend Black Dragon Taekwondo more highly.

Fantastic experience: Master Neal trains our kids in primary school and we couldn’t be happier! All the kids love it and the group has been growing non stop for the past 4 years. Great place to start training!

Fantastic experience: Neal and the team are excellent. He instills discipline and self-belief in his students. As your child progresses through the grades they not only get to learn taekwondo from a master, he teaches them valuable self-defence skills and pushes their fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have two kids at the centre. It’s an amazing atmosphere. The kids have so many instructors to help so they are constantly learning but most importantly they are having fun.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. Both my kids adore their instructors and they are treated with the upmost kindness and respect. Master Neal is motivating and offers world class training with the help of his amazing kids (who all happen to be Taekwondo champions). My children have as a result of two terms become more confident, mindful and have develop amazing physical skills. I have attended another local TKD studio and definitely didn’t get what Black Dragon has managed to deliver. 5 stars is still not good enough for Ebony, Neal and his beautiful fam!

Fantastic experience: Master Neal is one of the best master to be teaching taekwondo. His caring, personalised regime is perfect for our kids of different ages and different abilities. The placement of family values, friendship and respect ensure our kids learn to look after others with respect and care. We’ve been with Master Neal since 2018 and we can see the discipline instilled in our kids. We will be with Black Dragon for life. Highly recommend Black Dragon if you want your kids to grow up with self confidence, respect and care for others. This is a family run club and not your regular factory style franchise. It’s an extension of our family.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic family run club, always caring. Our 8 yo and 6 yo boys have been going for a few years now, it’s been fantastic for their fitness and confidence. We love the fact the instructors spend plenty of time with them and they are learning valuable life lessons.
