Fantastic experience: It's a good community gym, fair price and the owner's approachable. A lot of the more experienced gym goers are happy to give you information if you want it and are just as happy to let you occupy your own space if you'd prefer.

Fantastic experience: This gym is not just some commercialised box gym bs and it actually has useful equipment, not just a million benches and squat racks. Way more humanising than a commercial gym. The community is actually small enough to get to know the regulars and the owner is often there and very friendly. Can't give enough praise, highly recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: Just joined the gym on 27/12/24. Loved it as soon as I walked in, not too big not too small very clean. Does how ever need a cold water fountain but that is not enough to give less then 5 stars. Started PT sessions with Michael 2weeks after joining. Best decision I have ever made. Negative experience: Very poor customer service, felt like they were trying to scam me as they kept telling me I was in a contact when I never signed anything. Would not recommend this gym at all.

Fantastic experience: Been to a few different gyms over the years and this is by far my favorite. Excellent free weights area, good variety of machines. It's usually just a handful of people in there, other gyms I tried in the past were so overcrowded I could never get a bench or a machine. It has a really good atmosphere and the laundromat next door is handy for throwing my work clothes in the dryer while I train :)

Fantastic experience: Best little gym! Has all the equipment a gym requires and is very is affordable and super friendly. Not butch at all. Feeling so much at home here I started working there. So come say hello!!
