F45 Training Shepparton

Negative experience: The gym is very well equipped and the classes are wonderful but I could not help but feel a hint of racism from instructors towards me, although I tried to ignore it at first. They were extremely friendly and open with the other members but spoke to me only when extremely necessary.In my few years in Australia, I have always made to feel welcome in previous gyms as well as workplace and it really stung me deeply this time. I continued as I had exams coming up and this gym suited my time, however could not take it anymore and got to know that they have a two week waiting period which I did not know about before but that’s ok as mental peace is more important. Edited: I never knew if you reduced the notice period as you never replied to my email, and anyways that is not the primary reason for the review. The problem is subconscious racism, and you will not accept it off course, but I have never felt this anywhere else, I wrote this review just to get that accountability and I wanted you to know that this is not ok. I may as well delete this sometime later as I don’t mean harm to anyone. Thanks and all the best for your “future endeavours” too

Fantastic experience: I love F45 Shepparton! The trainers are so welcoming and friendly and are always there to help when you need them. The best thing about F45 is that the exercises are very modifiable for different fitness levels. And the F45 exclusive mixes (music) are a whole vibe!

Fantastic experience: Only recently started and already really loving the functional workouts. Enjoy that every day is a different focus with alternative exercises available. Appreciative of the F45 app that allows me to do home based workouts on the days I can not attend. App is easy to use with great tips around nutrition and mindset as well. Every one is very friendly. Clean environment. Love not having to think at 6am what I am going to 'train' today!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it, classes are great and there are so many times to choose from! All of the trainers are super friendly, helpful and always great to my girls when they tag along!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere & supportive trainers who are very helpful if needing to modify any exercises. plenty of workout times to choose from & the challenges are always good fun. Great shower facilities & i love the opportunity to have a cheeky sauna post workouts which have been fantastic for recovery and also improved my sleep.

Fantastic experience: Love the variety in the workouts. The trainers are always helpful; it’s never an issue if I need assistance to modify any exercises due to past injuries. Love that I can enjoy a private sauna after my workout. And showers are always clean!! 10/10 :)

Fantastic experience: I have been at F45 since it first opened. They have been supportive through my pregnancy and returning postpartum. Flexible membership options and friendly trainers who are happy to change up any exercise to suit your needs.

Fantastic experience: I have always felt welcomed by all the trainers. As a person who isn't confident in gyms, they are always helpful with tips and techniques. This gym has a positive vibe and a fun place to be. The trainers are there to help with all areas of fitness including food. I recommend this gym to anyone, especially if you are just starting out, they have your back and will make you feel welcome.
