Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here on and off since they opened. I’ve tried other gyms but always end up back here. Options of morning classes or arvo/evening classes. The trainers are fantastic and friendly. They know their stuff and if/when I have an injury they show me and alternative exercise so I don’t miss out. F45 is more then just a gym, they’re an awesome and supportive community Plus the banter is highly entertaining

Fantastic experience: Since starting at F45 Alkimos nearly 2 years ago, I am a better person. Physically, mentally and emotionally. So much of that is due to this awesome gym, the owner Toni and the wonderful trainers. They have created such an amazing culture and welcoming atmosphere that you want to be there and be part of it, even at 515am in the morning!!

Fantastic experience: F45 is a huge part of my life and I absolutely adore everyone there. We are not just members, we are family. A great environment where you get the support, motivation and push you need from the coaches. It's my 1 stop shop for strength, cardio and fitness training.

Fantastic experience: Before joining F45 in July 2022, the idea scared me! I hated cardio and was scared of fast paced group fitness classes. Since joining, my endurance has increased and I’m feeling more confident going to classes than ever. The members and coaches at F45 have not only become my teammates, but my friends! The culture is so supportive and I can’t thank the coaches enough for pushing me to my limits and encouraging me to do my best!

They are knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help their clients succeed. Fantastic experience: Love working out here . It's such a nice community . All just like one big family. Get in and out in 45 minutes dont feel embarrassed if I can't do something the coach's will show me something else to do in replace of it . Couldn't recommend it enough

Fantastic experience: Toni and the guys are absolutely amazing!!!! They do a class tailored to kids, now I will be the first to admit I was skeptical about it as my kids are pretty dam shy and introverted Not to mention my eldest (13yo) has pretty bad bouts with anxiety. The way in which the coaches all go out of their way to make them feel welcome and part of the f45 family is truly amazing. The visible difference in my boys after a class even on their bad days is just amazing so much so now I'm a member and I go to every adult class after theirs I can where they get to sit and laugh at their old dad struggling through a very similar work out to theirs. If you have kids or even yourself are wanting a truly welcoming inclusive gym to check out I highly recommend giving these guys a go!!
