Negative experience: Why did a staff member just call me stupid right to my face, with another worker standing right there? Aren’t they supposed to teach you how to use the equipment? She’s a woman with a blonde man bun and an energy that feels forcefully unwelcoming.

Fantastic experience: State of the art gym with fantastic, well-maintained equipment and friendly staff. Not overcrowded, great modern change rooms and two good-as-new basketball courts

Negative experience: I recently had a negative experience at the gym that I feel compelled to share. Despite being a regular customer and wearing the same type of clothing for over a year without any issues, I encountered a staff member who treated me rudely and unfairly. This individual, a brown man with a beard and no glasses, approached me in a confrontational manner, accusing me of wearing inappropriate attire, didn’t bring a towel with me and insisting that I leave the gym immediately. His tone was disrespectful and bordered on racism, as he didn't even give me a chance to explain myself. He also questioned my experience level, insinuating that I might be a novice gym-goer. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I urge the management to ensure that all staff members receive proper training on how to interact with customers in a respectful and professional manner.

Fantastic experience: Facilities seem really nice everything feels new and fresh.

Positive experience: Fairly new facility used for sports and study. Not readily available to non university users as you have to fit in around uni courses. Having said that it is a good facility to use except for parking, it is limited for members of the public.

Positive experience: Great space to dance in. Nice new? Clean floors and great lighting supplied by Dance Heels Up! Aimee is such a great vibe!

Negative experience: Basketball stadium is always closed when I come between 9-1pm. Cheers for the false advertising

Fantastic experience: Best sports complex. Splendid wooden basketball ground and best part is it's open for the public too in the evenings. Excellent gym with latest sports facilities.

Fantastic experience: A very well kept clean gym with all the modern equipment. It is quiet and you don't have to wait for any equipment to be free. Staff are friendly and many times greet you by name so it is a personalized experience. Fully recommend it
