Fantastic experience: Starting at a new gym can be a bit daunting but I was welcomed by Sam and the team and felt right at home. The programming has been awesome, progressing through different movements, building strength and endurance. The space is also amazing! Fresh equipment, great planning and zoned workouts means we are never on top of each other or having to wait for equipment. The ability to also utilise the gym outside of hours, especially on the weekends is A++++++ The coaches are all awesome and give great advice, correction and motivation to push past that mental block.

Fantastic experience: Empire Strength Co is a great gym. All the coaches are amazing and friendly. The classes are filled with liked minded people that really add to the positive culture of the place. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Empire anymore highly. Sam is THE best trainer. It really feels more like personal training than a typical gym. Sam can cater the prescribed workout to suit your level of fitness or adapt the workout to cater for any injuries you may have. She is constantly ensuring clients are using correct technique and therefore getting maximum gains and preventing injuries. She is the happy smiling motivator and has a way of making every single member feel welcomed and valued. If you are nervous about joining a gym, don’t be afraid to come to empire. It’s a super friendly, supportive and welcoming environment and Sam caters for all fitness levels. No egos! As a busy working mum of 3 young kids, she makes the 45 minutes I take for exercise count . Such an asset to orange!

Fantastic experience: Sam takes time to make sure you’re doing the action right. She also crafts new routines for us to make sure we’re always challenged and leave the gym feeling like we have achieved something new.

Fantastic experience: What Sam has done with Empire Strength is fantastic. She really knows her stuff and the vibe is great. Sam has been great with me and tailored the workouts as I’ve have a few niggling pains, she is really focused on your goals and technique. I never thought I’d say I actually enjoyed going to the gym! Highly recommend to anybody.
