Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Own It Fit sessions at least 4 years now. I love the atmosphere, the vibe and the variety of workouts. Such great people (who have become friends) that you work out beside and the team of trainers really know their stuff, they care and they don’t put up with my rubbish (being lazy). Because it’s outdoors I can take my dog and though you have to contend with the weather it’s sooooo much better than a gym. I get a great work out (I love the boxing) and I get to walk my dog to/from. Winning!!! They make it fun and really work hard at creating an OIF community and I’m very grateful to be a part of it.
Fantastic experience: OIF has changed my whole relationship with exercise.I actually look forward to the beautiful mornings in Queenspark or Rosebay. Every class is different, there is lots of laughter and camaraderie and the best part is the noticeable changes to my body! Highly recommend it!
Fantastic experience: I HATE exercise!!! Yet somehow, I absolutely love going to Own It Fit bootcamp. The trainers are lovely, the other people at the classes are great, and I'm starting to feel a change in my previously extremely unfit body after just 7 weeks. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: It’s been an amazing 3 years with the community and I sincerely thank you for all the excellent workouts and incredible coaches. Special mention to Brian and Mel. I’m so grateful for the constant motivation which has pushed me to where I am now. I was never active for about 20 yrs before joining the OIF family (true story) I was surprised how much this has brought a huge change to my life
Fantastic experience: I have been attending Own it Fit for roughly a year now. I spent 2020 on the couch as I got my head around the pandemic, and was determined not to do the same in 2021. When I first started, it was really tough, and I struggled a lot. I kept coming back though because the trainers were, and continue to be, so supportive both on the exercise front as well as the nutritional and mindset aspects. I so enjoy working out with the other trainees. Classes are such fun, and there's always a lot of banter and good humour that goes on. Some days it's really hard to get out of bed to get to class, but without fail, I always feel better after having made the effort. Some of the benefits I experience include sleeping better, eating better, having greater clarity in my thinking (not so foggy), more energy to engage with life, and I'm fitting into clothes I haven't worn for years. I just love it!
Fantastic experience: I love this group, the coaches, the others I train with. Fantastic support with no judgment. I have learned better habits and surprised myself with what I can do. I feel fitter and have lost weight and am starting to change my body composition. Truly a wonderful program and group. I don't think I'll ever quit it. Training at Blackmore Oval at sunrise is glorious, so is Federal Park at Glebe. Outdoors is the best!
Fantastic experience: Thank you Own It Fit for kickstarting my journey back to fitness through fun training programs and great nutrition tips! It’s so much easier to get out of bed in the morning when I know I’m going to start my day with awesome trainers, a wonderful community of people and cuddly dogs in the park! Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 21 day challenge with own it fit as I was feeling a bit stuck in a rut. The team were amazing and inspired me to get motivated and to implement changes, now I am feeling great for doing it! The team provides excellent support and a great balance of training sessions. The nutritional information is easy to follow and implement into your lifestyle. Trainers and team members are fun and welcoming, thumbs up all round and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the 21 Day Fitness challenge - and love the results! OIF go the extra mile to help support and guide during the challenge so you can maximum results. They focus not only on exercise but also on nutrition and help create custom meal plans to help get results. If you are looking for a program to help drive results with a really support crew, I would definitely recommend OIF.

Fantastic experience: The 21 Day Fitness Challenge with Ownitfit was a great way to get me back into exercise after 6 months off. I found the instructors really supportive and enjoyed the outdoor classes. With the nutrition plan key learnings for me were to really think about portion sizes as I normally overeat and snack at night and adding green/veggies to every meal which I was only doing with one meal a day if at all. Also it was good to give up alcohol for the duration of the challenge. It was a great way to kick-start my weight loss and fitness regime and would highly recommend Brian and his team to help you on your fitness journey.
Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 2nd challenge (as well as joining the normal class schedule for 6 months last year) with OwnItFit and i can not recommend more highly... I only cancelled as I moved countries for 6 months. The challenges are simple and easy to follow; the food structure is well planned out and needs minimal interference. If you are a good cook (I'm mediocre at best) there is an amazing recipe section too .. but I followed the basic plans. I can not emphasis enough how easy it is. They even have an eating out guide and a "how to have a drink". There's an app for the classes, multiple locations, and amazing trainers. For people who like numbers: I lost 6kg in the 28 day challenge with no alcohol, 3 classes a week, and a (free) yoga class. The latest 21 day challenge i lost 2.7kg doing 3 classes with 2 yoga and 3 off the wagon days (2 EOFY lunches and a BOTTOMLESS brunch). I have not found it difficult at all. Best thing is the people are lovely and helpful. There is no condemnation, just sincere advise and smiles.
Fantastic experience: What i like the most with Own It Fit is that their trainers are very supportive! There are days when it is hard to do it and just when you are thinking to skip a sesh, you get a message from your trainer They inspire and motivate you to keep going and that you can do it. I know I still have long way to go, so it is good to know that I belong in this group that cares about in helping me to achieve my health and fitness goals.
Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 6 weeks challenge and I have to say I did not expect such incredible results! I have been going to many gyms before but hadn't really seen any body transformation. It was intense especially following the meal plan as I don't normally cook and love eating out but completely worth it! for the first time in my life I feel I am getting closer to my "dream body" and just want to keep going :)
Fantastic experience: I joined own it fit 8 werks ago and started with the 6 week challange. Im 42 and was stuck in a rut, going to the gym without seeing results and was unmotivated. With own it fit I lost 3.5kg mainly fat and have tonned up. It was hard work but its easy to stick to as they motivate you along the way with personal messages, and the whole own it fit community is like one big family! We train hard and push each other while having a laugh and we also bring our kids along saturdays! Thank you so much for making me believe that I can still train this hard at 42 :-)
Fantastic experience: The best thing I could have done in the last time is to join the OIF community. Every training session is different and tought, trainers are very supportive. The best part is that you feel fit and happy while you are having fun whist training. And to belong to this awesome community.

Fantastic experience: i recently finished the own it fit 6 week challenge and would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to see results and/ or have a lifestyle change. i started it because I usually quit a diet or don't stick to an eating plan but this one promised results. it's not easy and the food plan takes some being adventurous but it's so worth it when you see the results - I went from 29 - 23% body fat, lost 5.2kgs and 33cm. the bootcamps are good especially the male trainers, although towards the end of the 6 weeks I found some of them weren't as hard as I'd have ideally liked, so probably wouldn't recommend to someone with a high fitness level and who likes to be pushed. they change them up every week though, keeping them fun and the people you meet doing the challenge are great
Fantastic experience: I have just completed the six week body challenge with own it fit. It was fantastic as it really pushed me outside my comfort zone. The trainers are fantastic and really make you feel welcome every session. I have signed up for the next year as my results were amazing. I would highly recommend the team at own it fit.
Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend it! I did 3 sessions a week & stuck to the meal plan & I lost 9kg on the 6 week challenge the trainers were so good, I have an injury & it was never a problem to change up the exercises. The meal plan is simple & easy to stick to!
Fantastic experience: I had been trying to lose some weight, start exercising regularly and learn how to eat better for a few years and had failed each time. I tried a gym and a personal trainer and that didn’t work, I tried other boot camp style group exercise classes and eating plans but found the suggested eating plan just too hard to follow. I saw Own It Fit on Facebook and something interested me and I went to meet Brian. He took a lot of time to explain how his program works and what is expected of me. I signed up and hoped for the best. When I received the eating plan for the initial 6 week challenge it was so clear and easy to understand. I was surprised in myself at how well I followed the plan and actually enjoyed the new way of eating. The classes are fun and I now look forward to getting up at the crack of dawn, the trainers are great and mix it up to keep it interesting. I like the use of technology to book classes and track your progress and find it helps motivate you. I finished the 6 week challenge and was really happy with my transformation and will carry on with Own it Fit indefinitely.
Fantastic experience: Thank you “own it fit” 6 week challenge. I can not speak highly enough of the program, the trainers and the meal plan. 1 lost 11.2kg and 5% body fat while doing 3 sessions a week. I feel energised and motivated, with a fresh outlook on life. I highly recommend own it fit to anyone looking to change their lifestyle and become a fitter, stronger version of themselves.
Fantastic experience: A great program which will get you out of your comfort zone and leave you feeling better in your own skin. I did the 6 week challenge and it wasn't easy but it was worth the effort. Commitment is everything, and organisation will be your best friend. Definitely a great work out!

Fantastic experience: The Own It Fit team are great! Super supportive and engaging trainers, who always check your form and make sure you’re lifting weights and training properly. There are so many times and locations to train at, you have no excuses not to train. I recently completed the 6 week challenge and I feel great, it’s really changed the way I think about training and eating. The Own It Fit team are professional, they help with eating plans, training tips and you have a dedicated trainer checking in on you and will help if you have any questions.

Fantastic experience: Amazing coaches, fun work out and great support for starting get back into shape. 6 weeks of tranformation program made me loose 10.6 kg, 27 cm so i am very happy and grateful. Fantastic experience: It is really exciting! get into the routine of going to the classes, getting close to your group and seeing the results is priceless! It is an incridible expirience manly for who doesn’t really like exercising! The company has a very good support to the client and track your steps from very close! I really recommend it!
