Fantastic experience: F45 Orange has become a staple since moving to town for my wife and I. The trainers make you feel like family as soon as you enter, always keen to help, inspire and test you. Ever encouraging you to be the best version of yourself. We would recommend Orange F45 to beginners and fitness veterans alike.

I’d never been one to stick to a regular gym routine in the past but I’ve been with F45 Orange for 4 years now and go at least 4 times a week. They were also really helpful and supportive throughout both my pregnancies and I trained up to 8 months each time. Can’t recommend them enough!

It has supported me physically and mentally even at times when I didn’t feel like going. I always felt great once I walked though the doors. I was happy and pleased that I have made the effort.
