Activ Gracemere 24 Hr Gym

Negative experience: The aircon is turned on at 5am, even though the gym is full at 4am and the heat is unbearable. There are not enough specific good equipmemt for lower body (ie. Inner and outer thight equipment, glute elevation, etc) meaning if you are a girl you will have to have a lot of creativity to have a proper lower body training.

Negative experience: The manager is rude and very disrespectful. Puts bans in place that shouldn’t happen but happy to continue to take money. I cancelled almost 2 Months ago due to the rudeness of manager and staff and they won’t stop charging me. When I cancelled and told them to stop charging me the guy on the phone laughed and said good luck. Would not recommend this gym to my worst enemy.

Fantastic experience: Avtiv Gracemere 24 Hr Gym. Established: Unknown. The Staff are welcoming and friendly, the gym members are interactive and friendly so you can get a local to spot you. There are treadmills, Pulley machines, and free weights. A variety of water bottles, towels, and gym clothing are sold at the facility. There are a variety of joining options, weekly, monthly, 6 monthly and yearly. So you do not have to be locked into a contract.

Positive experience: Quite a pleasant gym! All wipes up stocked, machines are always working, atmosphere is welcoming and staff are nice! They have almost every equipment you need for a job and prices are super achievable! Thank you!

Negative experience: Not impressed with this gym..Staff does not care..I received no advice or help by staff on what I was doing..I attended this gym only a few times..I am on a 3 year contract and not once have they rang to ask why I have not attended...But still collect the money from me...So it's obviously about money not about getting people fit..

Negative experience: Richard has horrible personal skills . He is rude and exhibits a bully approach to everything and everyone. I gave him the benefit of doubt thinking he might have had a bad day but he behaved the same way on other occassion since especially when he was questioned over an issue. He talks down to consumers as if they were a naughty child that needed scolding . All other staff and equipment are wonderful . The facility is lovely but Richard spoils it all . Would not recommend this gym for this reason. He needs serious anger management as it appears as he suffers from rage issues especially if you disagree with him. Provides very poor service. greatt
