Fantastic experience: I signed up and then my circumstances changed meaning I had to cancel my membership on the same day. The team at Cooly Gym were very understanding and waved all fees. This is a rarity in the fitness industry, where cancelations often require notice far in advance and can be painful to organise. Thank you, Cooly Gym.

Fantastic experience: The best gym on the southern end of the Gold Coast! I have been a member at Cooly Gym for about 4 years now and haven’t looked back since. Not only is it an amazing gym full of great equipment, but the staff are 100/10, always so friendly and helpful no matter what stage in your gym journey you are! Fantastic experience: I have trained at Cooly Gym for a few years now, and enjoy every visit. The gym set up is great with equipment to cater for all types of training, from hiit, cardio, strength and everything in between. Owner George and manager Mark are great guys, easily approachable and great to talk to and are always receptive to any ideas and feedback from members to keep evolving the gym, as are all the Cooly Gym team. Fantastic experience: The fitness classes here are so good! All of the instructors are so passionate about what they do and really encourage a fun yet challenging workout. I have been coming to Marina and Javier’s classes for about a year and they are always on time, always changing things up to keep things interesting, and they genuinely want to see their clients make progress. Fantastic experience: Super sick gym underground. Everything you need.

Negative experience: Most of the clients don't use towels and the equipment are never wiped down I feared getting sick and even though i told the staff they never did anything as afraid that people would leave for good so I and others have gone to other gyms, be careful as covid is still around

Fantastic experience: Great little gym! You can visit this gym on holidays and instantly be let in. They have a system at the front door to let you sign up for a casual pass. The gym is located underneath the strand next to the car detailer. Equipment was all new and it great working order. Nice and cool on a hot summers day! Will return.

Fantastic experience: Owner is legit the nicest person I have ever met. Great environment which is very accepting, great equipment for all workouts and exercises and great experience. Would 100% recommend going to this gym rather then a large corporate gym chain like anytime fitness or fitness first.

Fantastic experience: Years of shopping at the Strand Coolangatta, unaware there was a gym in the basement. I could not of been happier, to see the new sign, ‘Cooly Gym.’ Its a great set up, & lots of classes.. I was unable to cross the border to my regular gym, I fell out of my routine, gained weight & missed my gym sessions.. Today that changed, Mark is a great manager, that made me feel like I chose the right gym for me. The gym has great equipment & classes.& $19 a week no contract, worth checking it out for yourself, stoked I walked in today,. Look forward to training & gaining results

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at this gym for over 3 years now and the current (new) owner has put a lot of effort in cleaning up this place and ensuring the equipment is maintained. The staff are so welcoming and always make you feel comfortable whilst training. They know you personally which is really nice when you walk in and they genuinely ask how you are. The staff are also knowledgeable and willing to offer support when needed. I love training at this gym and will continue my fitness journey here because of the wonderful staff and vibe. Cheers guys! Keep doing what you’re doing :)
