Club Lime Cleveland

Negative experience: the men toilet showers are see through, there is no plates or better machines. I don't let people in, but I got charged $100 because some high schoolers let someone in. I'm moving asap to Goodlife or the Victoria point club lime.

Negative experience: Used to love coming here. Now the class time tables are all out of whack and not accurate. I usually spend a bit of time in the room after the classes end for dance etc, but Especially the yoga classes that end 30minutes past the scheduled finish time? I can never predict when to come in and just wait around for 30 minutes. Not sure if running over time or schedule is wrong. Pls fix

Negative experience: Unfortunately this gym is far behind its competitors. I visited the gym only to find half the normal machines missing, no stair master!!! Very disappointed with the amount of equipment. Need a revamp asap!!

Negative experience: They overcharged me with the dishonour fee three times in a row. For context I got a new debit card, and updated my details with that card. However even after pressing the checkbox to update my card details, they still tried to take the money out of my old card. I emailed them this, and they basically said there's nothing they can do about it, and that I should have updated it properly (which I did, except it didn't actually work on their end). They told me I had to email my new card details aswell, which i didnt end up doing because I cancelled my membership. So don't expect them to be reasonable if they're at fault. The gym itself isn't very good aswell, there is literally one squat rack.

Negative experience: They rob you of your money. I have asked three times for my membership to be cancelled as the members ID app is not working for me. She has received my email and communicated with me on three occasions now and still refuses to cancel my membership for me and continues to take my money!

Positive experience: Female in my 60's and I joined for basic fitness at a reasonable price. Enough equipment for me, friendly staff and close to home. Lots of classes that to be honest I don't utilise. Only negative is some of the other members have no idea about hygiene.

Positive experience: Non enorme, ma comunque ha tutto il necessario. Co soglio di non andare durante la settimana verso le 4-5, perché é piena di studenti provenienti da una scuola vicina.

Positive experience: more accessibility for people in wheelchairs, e.g. wheelchair accessible treadmills,

Positive experience: Unfortunately after my 10 year membership I have gone to another gym.. due to the changes of management and cancellation of classes... instructors are great.. especially Loly and Nikki.

Positive experience: Get people off their phones when "using" machines.

Positive experience: Not too bad but can go with a little bit of an upgrade and more equipment. Not sure if it's a space issue. But all-around it does the job.

Positive experience: Nice little club. Not very busy but not a lot of room either. Limited equiptment due to space. Staff are friendly and very cheap club

Positive experience: Could do with a hip thrust machine but other than that it’s such an easy process to get started and into the gym. No extra bags or keys needed!

Positive experience: I really enjoy Club Lime at Cleveland. The staff & instructors are very helpful. The programme seems to be suiting everyone at the moment but please survey the members if you are thinking of big timetable changes. Thank you

Positive experience: A great gym. However, I just wish the high schools kids had some initial tuition on how to behave in a gym and how to do exercises safely and correctly.

Negative experience: Absolutely broken password system… you can’t enter the gym and the online system to change it doesn’t work. Never any staff available to assist.

Fantastic experience: Poor experience. Negotiations took place worked out in end. Be cautious of contract you sign.

Negative experience: This gym seriously needs some TLC. Barely any plates. The equipment looks like it has never been cleaned. Wiped away a layer of grime from the bench press bar. Bunch of roaches in the male toilets. Very disappointed, considering how awesome other Lime Gym's are.

Fantastic experience: Pretty comfy, theres an IGA just across the road if one wants to buy drinks outside of staffed hours.
