Logan designs a unique bootcamp program everyday that runs six days a week in a beautiful park , pushing you to your limits but never breaking you. His incredible energy, sense of humour, and personalised support create an environment where you can only thrive and continually improve. As a woman in her late 50s who has never been into exercise, I can confidently say that calling Logan was the best decision I've ever made. Fantastic experience: I have been doing the MBP bootcamp for the past 4 years. There has been times with low iron that I just cannot do what I used to do. Logan has always adjusted the work out to what I can do. This has kept me going and moving. Thank you
Thank you Susan! What the readers don't realise is Susan trains 6 bootcamps at shaw Park 2 at kallangur and 3 pt sessions through low energy and high wins. She has been smashing it these past 4 years from barely lifting the 20kg bar to now doing 70-80kg squats! Not bad for nearly 50
Fantastic experience: The best boot camp you could go to! Logan is a great trainer, he will modify any exercises if needed and will even bring equipment so it isn’t only bodyweight work outs! I get bored of doing the same thing but every workout with Mind Body Paradise is different! Logan always keeps it fresh and exciting. It’s a great way to start the day, and Logan creates a friendly environment with lots of laughs.

Fantastic experience: 1 year on and still nothing beats this bootcamp! There are more friendly faces and the workouts are constantly being mixed up. A happy medium for all abilities - the fittest of the fit and those getting back to exercise. Accommodating for all ages and training goals. So grateful to have found this little gem in the inner north.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Logan’s Bootcamp for nearly 12 months now, and I can’t rate it highly enough! Great crew who are lots of fun, lovely outdoor location, different workouts everyday for variety and catering to many different fitness levels. Even mediation at the end of the week to ease your mind and body into the weekend! Truly a great way to start your day.

Fantastic experience: A diamond in the rough fitness industry. I’ve worked with many gyms and personal trainers and I’ve known quite a lot of them as well, but Logan is the best of the best. Genuinely cares about you, believes in you, encourages you and supports you. He doesn’t just offer a safe place to lift weights and workout, but he offers a safe place to be yourself and work on yourself. He’ll loan you self help books, he’ll talk to you about his own experiences all while also meeting you where you’re at and giving you effective workouts. I’ve now been consistently working out 2-3 times a week with Logan for two years and don’t plan on stopping any time soon. Affordability, support, safety and actually enjoyable work outs are all things Logan will provide. Worth every second and penny.

Fantastic experience: Boot camps with Logan have been an absolute blast, not only are the group of people fun to enjoy an early morning session with, Logan is knowledgeable, has good banter, and good music to get you excited about the day. Even when you are enduring one of his ‘fun’ sessions you will be finding yourself laughing or singing along to music. The one thing I love is that he is encouraging and allows you to go at your own pace, there is not yelling “KEEP GOING”. It’s not intimidating it’s fun!

Fantastic experience: As a Physiotherapist, I have worked with many trainers over the past 13 years. So it's easy to spot the characteristics that make Logan such a great trainer - willingness to learn, ability to adapt to feedback, constant development of his skillset, and investing time in learning as opposed to just endlessly marketing. And on top of all this - he's just a flat out nice guy! You won't be disappointed training with Logan!

Fantastic experience: Six months ago I booked my first PT session with Logan and it has been life changing. He was so knowledgeable, down to earth, warm and welcoming that I decided this was the path I would follow and I booked 4 sessions a week which I have continued with. Logan challenges me and has helped me grow my strength and endurance along with mental, emotion and spiritual growth. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and my confidence is continually growing. My program changes every 6 weeks which helps with muscles growth and strength and definitely helps with becoming mundane. My friends and family have all noticed not just a change in the way I look but a big change in the way I look at life. I never dread going to the gym - I always look forward to it. It is my little get away; my release. Logan has facilitated that safe space. He also has helped me with my healthy eating and continually helps as my eating needs change with the more I am able to do in the gym. On days when I feel like I can't do it he pushes me and shows me that I definitely can. When I feel like crying he makes me laugh. He is a true soul warrior and I am so glad I met him. I HIGHLY recommend Logan as PT; you won't regret it. Life changing.

Fantastic experience: I love fitness and out door activities, but I have never been in to boot camps or group fitness activities. My Friends suggested giving this class a go as the trainer doesn't yell at you and the members are really lovely people. I tried it and I love it, it is like a little fitness family everyone is so supportive, and Logan the trainer encourages, and corrects form in a way that makes you feel supported and cared for. thanks Logan love your boot camps <3 :-)

Fantastic experience: Logan is the heart and soul of Mind Body Paradise. He is personable, knowledgeable and knows how to make you feel comfortable, especially when it is out of your comfort zone. He is always changing things up to stay fresh, and making workouts interesting as well as challenging, using various techniques along with different types of equipment. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated within myself and busy lifestyle, but while Logan supports and pushes us to reach our goals, it is my fellow workout buddies that make me show up each morning to work harder, push longer and stay motivated. They truly are a fab bunch of guys and girls! Logan encompasses all, in what he offers to his clients, with an excellence in providing us all with an overall healthy lifestyle program of physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. I always look forward to getting his updates on food and mindful posts, and of course 2IC trainer Shadow joining us on special occasions (Puppy love). Not to mention the snippets of our work outs each day, it’s enough to motivated you and see your progress along the way. I would highly recommend Logan at Mind Body Paradise to anyone, and if you see us laughing and rocking out to tunes along Shaw Park …I mean working out hard, come say hi and enquiry in joining the team. Fantastic experience: I was feeling flat and demotivated in the middle of last year and really wanted to get my mental and physical health back on track. Logan's sessions have definitely helped with that. A mixture of HIIT, resistance and meditation at the end of some sessions has really helped to get my fitness back on track. I also love that the sessions are outdoors but we have wet weather options too. The sessions are always different and the commaraderie between everyone is great to see too. Fantastic experience: I have tried a few different bootcamps around North Brisbane, and MBP is by far the best. Bootcamp occurs six days a week, and no one day is the same. Logan creates challenging fitness sets, and accommodates for people at differing fitness levels, and abilities. Everyone is made to feel welcomed. Maintaining a healthy body and mind is central to Logan’s philosophy on fitness. Logan motivates his clients through HIIT and strength exercises. Mediation is also incorporated into fitness sets, allowing clients to pause and focus on their wellbeing. MBP is the first bootcamp I have been a part of that promotes a healthy body and mind, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Having attended a couple of other group fitness offerings in the area, I started to think boot camp wasn't my thing. That was until a friend suggested I come along to Mind Body Paradise. I'm now addicted!!! I love the sessions that are offered across different days that vary between HIIT and resistance training. The trainer Logan is brilliant... he knows what your goals are and positively encourages you to reach goals you didn't realise were possible. The crew you train with have now become my training buddies with such a fun culture and I know they will ensure 2021 is a fabulous health and fitness year.

Fantastic experience: No better way to start the day than with a mind body paradise training session. Logan is an amazing trainer who makes you feel welcome from the get go. The sessions are fun and varied meaning it doesn't get stale and you can stay motivated. Great for all levels of fitness as you can work to your own pace. The post workout meditation is a nice finishing touch after a tough session.
