Fantastic experience: Large space, friendly team and all the equipment you could ask for !
Fantastic experience: Trained at Orange One Strength for last four years. Great gym, has everything you need! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolute legends!
Negative experience: I have been part of this community for years, but I can no longer bring myself to return to One Strength. The culture and sense of community that once made this place special have been deeply damaged by the owner’s actions and refusal to take accountability for poor behaviour and decisions. What was once a united, supportive environment has been fractured, affecting not just individuals, but the broader community. The behaviour displayed has been deeply disappointing and, in my view, unacceptable.
Positive experience: Good equipment, pleasant people but no 24/7 access, no heating in winter, no air conditioning in summer (just fans), too much gangster rap style music, cannot be relied upon to open on time. Occasionally holds special events and when it does you can't use the gym even though you paid for 7 day access. No warning of that is given when you signed up.

Negative experience: I wonder if this gym think female doesn’t need privacy, there is no lady change room but only two shower rooms which can’t use as change room when floor is wet . One of the shower room door was completely broke and can’t close and I swear it wasn’t fixed for months! Same situation with the toilet that also in the shower room one of two is out of of order for months! And the other one is constantly block!! Do better ! Female needs change room and toilet how can’t you understand that?!

Fantastic experience: The gym is huge and has a lot of equipment to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful- they very patiently went through all the machines I wasn’t familiar with and taught me how to use them. Couldn’t have had a more positive experience here. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: this gym is absolutely unmatched for the equipment and the pump that you will get. the dumbbells are a bit old but when you have machines that make you feel like arnold from that “one” video you will never complain. they have more than enough space for whatever you need to do and even a posing room with a spotlight. amazing gym would 100% recommend. they also have sauna and ice bath.

Fantastic experience: Powerlifting gym with a wide arrange of free weights and machines. Some of the equipment is a little tired but is fitting with the style of the gym that is focussed on weight lifting rather than aesthetics. Friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I was mega impressed that during the pandemic everyone was welcomed to this gym despite their vaccination status and that they took a stand against this segregation. They have a good range of equipment, reasonable prices and a close community too! Would recommend.
