Fantastic experience: This facility is by far the best gym I've been too while staying in Albury. The amount of equipment they have is overwhelming, but surprisingly not a lot of people workout there for some odd reason. What makes this gym special are the owners. They both have experience in all forms of competitive lifting and body building (if you don't believe it you should see their accomplishments on the wall with selves filled with trophies, certificates, and photos from the past). The owners are extremely kind, and hold every member to a standard of gym etiquette like re-racking weights, no slamming equipment/weights, and cleaning up the equipment after the workout. Overall the gym and the owners have a huge passion for fitness, therefore deserves a lot more attraction than the other gyms In Albury.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best trainers & gym I've ever been to! The knowledge & experience Laurie & Taylor have is incredible & I trust them whole heartedly! I've always had great results while seeing them & really love the genuine care & support they give! They've also helped me through injuries (that some other professionals were unable to). Since leaving Albury I've been to other gyms that pale in comparison. Definitely miss Laurie & Taylor's guidance and the tailored women's section!!

Fantastic experience: This is the first Gym that has taken me thru a workout program that suits me, and most importantly the levels of each equipment are gauged to my requirements. This has always been a fault at other places. Very impressed. My first run through was much better than I expected. So much more confident knowing that the professional guidance is to ensure I don't over do anything.

Fantastic experience: Supershape has the best machines to workout with - the Nautilus machines. They are the absolute best for exercise efficiency and productivity. I couldn't go back to any other. The gym has a nice old school feel to it, and a HUGE range of exercise equipment, more than any other gym in the area. I always talk about it to others.
