Fantastic experience: My husband Ken, has had quite a few sessions of physiotherapy with Emily and we have both been very impressed with her work. These sessions have definitely been very beneficial and we hope to continue with them.

Positive experience: I have to agree with Grace to a degree. I only have a massage once a month and like to coordinate every second one with the podiatrist. The appointments have been fine till recently when i was notified on the day in question that not only was the appointment that had been made with someone i was not booked in with but it was cancelled as said person finishes at 3 the exact time of my appointment. Most annoying. I was having problems with back to boot

Fantastic experience: This review is really about Rick, the senior Exercise Physiologist who is supporting my husband Tony. Tony has dementia and a number of other health issues which has seen his strength decrease significantly over the past two years. Since starting with Rick, he is making progress and more importantly is enjoying his sessions. Apart from being an excellent exercise physiologist, Rick knows how to manage Tony’s programme so he feels he has accomplished what’s needed but doesn’t wake up sore the next day.

Positive experience: MY only comment is one of the staff at the healthy connection reception is so slow and could be rude when she was anxious seeing customers queueing Infront of her. She took too much time either on the phone or with one customer for simple enquiry.

Fantastic experience: The staff are great and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have been attending since April 2024 following many years of not exercising. After being professionally assessed, I commenced my journey to becoming much fitter and more confident in my physical abilities. I plan on continuing my twice weekly visits, learning, on the way how to ‘grow old gracefully’. It wouldn’t be possible without the professionalism and caring of the team at Healthy Connections! Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Gosh - have been seeing my friend, Aaron Kithan, for about 18 months to 2 years. He has got me off my 'walker' and doing exercises that I would not have thought possible. His patience, his personality, his caring, his support and communication (AND not pushing me beyond my limits EXCEPT what was needed) has been just fantastic. HUGE HIT with me Aaron!!

Positive experience: I can't thank Aaron, my physio, enough for the help he has given me after my total knee replacement which came with a couple of problems, but his expertise and persistence got everything working again.

Fantastic experience: Your therapy masseuse, Pearl, is a real gem. I have found that previous masseuse throughout my life only ever offered a brief respite from pain etc. But Pearl, a former Chinese national and nurse, is the best masseuse I have ever experienced in my life. I have referred so many people to her, and they all feel as thankful as I am to have her treat them. No wonder she is booked out for months ahead!!!

Fantastic experience: I receive an NDIS funding package for rehabilitation therapies. I have been attending the Healthy Connections gym for more than three years, and I commend the universal high standard of the exercise physiologists there, led by Karen and Eric. I continue to make objective improvements due to the excellence of the knowledge and insight of the EPs who guide my rehab sessions. Currently I receive two one-hour sessions a week in the gym. I consider my package funds well spent. Please note this review is in praise of the excellent Exercise Physiologists (EP) and the allied staff who work at Healthy Connections

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent service for those on NDIS. I have two ladies that l provide support to and they absolutely love going to Healthy Connections so much so that they actually get upset or annoyed when they can't go!! Keep up the great work Healthy Connections
