Fantastic experience: As a person with MS, I attend twice weekly which benefits me greatly. Lauren, Nikki and Jess A all make such a difference to my mobility, strength and balance. The best one stop physio/gym/remedial massage centre I’ve been to in over 15 years!

Fantastic experience: Richie has been a great PT for my husband. He takes the time to listen and personalised his services. He will try answer all our random questions and provides different resources to help us. I feel Richie genuinely cares about his clients. He will bring in other therapists to help with areas he may not be fully across and has really helped the recovery. Will recommend to anyone needing assistance. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s approximately 18 months ago. I have been extremely fortunate to find Lauren and Nikki. They totally understand my needs and challenge me in a caring and compassionate way. The sessions are by no means easy but I’m still functioning at a high level thanks to their input. This is no easy road but I am so glad they are on the journey with me. Thank you so very much

Fantastic experience: Richard is fantastic! He is very patient and understanding which is really good for my mental health as I struggle to communicate with a lot of health professionals when they are not kind and understanding. It feels good every time I see him and I have progressed so much in a short period of time.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Richard at Community Neuro Rehab Services by Coastal home care. I have post polio syndrome and have been in a wheelchair for 9 years. I have been unable to stand or walk. Richard asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted to stand and transfer onto the toilet, bed etc.by myself. He said OK. He asked how long since I have stood. I told him 7 years. After my assessment Richard got me to stand with assistance of himself and a belt around my hips. He bought in 2 other physio's also. I stood for 37 seconds. Next visit he had me stand in a standing frame. This session I stood in 5 minute blocks adding up to 30 minutes which I was so thrilled about. This was followed next week where we used the same machine and stood for 30 minutes in one go. I now have weekly visits with Richard and his team. I use the standing frame and get stronger each and every week. None of which I have described would have been possible without the vision, understanding and dedication of Richard and his team. It is through them that I am achieving what everyone thought was impossible. Gary Roydhouse

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of dealing with the crew at CNRS and they are amazing, I had 2 strokes when I was 16 years old, I have now got dystonia down my right side due to this, they have helped me learn ways to calm it down and make my brain cooperate more. Fantastic experience: My 9yr old daughter has been doing physio with Lucy for her Cerebral Palsy. Miss 9 is also autistic with a PDA profile meaning we can have significant challenges around engaging with therapy. Lucy has been visiting us at home now for several months and Miss 9 has responded well both to Lucy personally and to in home therapy. She looks forward to Lucy's visits. Lucy keeps things fun, active and is always encouraging Miss 9 to try her best. She has the ability to challenge Miss 9 to push herself to succeed which she responds well to. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Writing on behalf of an NDIS participant Greg . Jordan is incredibly easy going, very professional and experienced in his field. I have made improvements in my physical fitness with increasing strength in my lower and upper body making everyday tasks easier. Jordan is patient, kind and understanding.

Fantastic experience: My 2nd time in water rehab with Lauren .EP. from Community Neuro rehab. a lovely young lady with alot of patience and kindness for my confidence building .. Today's swim was at Caloundra pool and they state it's 32 degrees along entering these old lost muscles weren't that warm but Lauren chatted with me not even noticing the chill becoming nice and warm. As my carer counted we walked the pool 4 × up and down that's 8 lengths, so that was great especially after no exercise for about two years now..

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Richard for quite some time now and also started working with Jess, they are both really great, the exercise plans are good and I feel great after I’ve seen them.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very knowledgeable, caring and patient. We started doing therapy at home around 3 years ago and I have built my confidence enough to now attend the gym. I have come a long way with my fitness and phsical ability and am now able to walk a much longer distance than when I first started. I would highly recommend the staff of Community Neuro Rehab Service for Physio, Exercise Physiology and OT needs.

Fantastic experience: My adult son, who is living with a traumatic brain injury, has been a client of Richard and CNRS since September 2021. In the first months after his accident, when he was unable to talk, swallow, move apart from 2 fingers and 1 eyelid and a host of other issues, we did not expect to see our son in 10 years time paddling a kayak around the Mooloolaba canals! This re-entry into enjoying life is down to Richard and CNRS. Of course our son has received help from a wealth of rehab professionals along the way but what makes CNRS OUTSTANDING is their holistic approach. They were able to recognise our sons complete needs and treat not just his physical deficits but strengthen his confidence and address his quality of life as well. We highly recommend CNRS for their range of high quality rehab skills and their holistic approach which sets them apart from other rehabilitation services.

Positive experience: Wow where was CNRS many moons ago. I have nasty Ankylosising Spondylosis and it's flare ups are a challenge at times. I've had bilat tkr's that don't let me walk down slopes, stairs without my knees 'locking up' and causing pain, ACDF at c4/c5, Parotidectomy, Trigeminal Neuralgia with flare ups, Oesophageal Web post up from ACDF, osteoarthritis and disc compression from c7/t2, sacral and hip pain. Neuropathic and parathesia pain in thoracic area over sternum and ribs, numbness and tingling in both arms and hands and under my toes. The neuro and ortho dr's have said my problems will not be fixed with surgical intervention. When Jen and I first met in our home, straight away I finally felt I have found someone who gets me, understands me and my chronic pain and has never put me 'in a sqr box' as no two clients are ever the same. I've really enjoyed my pool sessions as I'm learning and doing physio to make me stronger to carry my achy bones in this body of mine and I've lost weight and my clothes have to be altered and i still have a few sqrs of chocolate every now and then.... yay lol. Thanx Jen and baby bump. You are a legend, your caring and positivety has helped me so much. I'm never going to be a 100% again but I'm getting core strengths and my aim is to not be in a wheelchair that Dr's keep telling me that's where I'm headed (since I was In my early 30's) Looking forward to meeting Caitlin nxt Monday. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with MS in 2019 and I have been working with Richard since early 2020. I have gone from barely walking 100 mtr, to climbing mountains.
