Fantastic experience: I’m indebted to the Crew at F45 gungahlin for life, it’s changed the way I look and feel. The most special thing about this place is that they are focused on their members and understand that everyone has different reasons/motivations for exercising. Group training is all about the staff, the trainers here are very good humans.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I joined here two weeks ago and we already feel apart of the team. Joe, Alyssa and Eliza have been absolutely amazing to us motivating us and treating us like friends as have the rest of the team. If you are looking for a push in a place you'll feel comfortable but also want to step out of your comfort zone, then this is the gym for you.
