Fantastic experience: "Fabulous, Strong Amazing Studio" - Owned by an amazing teacher Lisa who first started teaching me Bikram quite a few years ago and by far has been one of the best Bikram Teachers I have ever had in my 12yrs of Bikram. Her studio now has many different types of yoga including Hot Pilates, Yin, Hot Barre, Bikram to name a few but these have always been my favourite. What I love about this Studio are the Teachers, the classes, the students and the location, what more could you ask for. Also being a strong practitioner sometimes I struggle with certain studios who teach to the weakest student where Lisa is very mindful to teach to the strongest and for me thats very important and also means you have an amazing teacher. I can highly recommend this Studio if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, you will love it

Group are small in this studio, so teacher have time to help you to progress, correct your posture, teach you properly to get better and better and become the best version of yourself ... In a positive and friendly environment! I personally discover hot yoga in this studio and that simply change my life Highly recommended! Big Bonus is the marina...
