Fantastic experience: The staff here are always friendly and willing to provide advice guidance and a challenge! The local community feel here is also wonderful and I love that I come in and see people I know. I can always get on equipment and there’s often a challenge or two on the whiteboard to get the heart racing. Highly recommend if you are self motivated, like clean bright and tidy 24/7 access and have a smile on your face at the prospect of movement and exercise!!

Fantastic experience: It’s literally been so great joining this gym. I have a personal program and do a few sessions a week with AngusNoskePT … it’s such a supportive and welcoming environment. The 24 hour access really suits me. I feel like I’m pushed to reach my potential but not overly stressed. They have all the equipment needed to reach my fitness goals. They really welcome all ages and fitness levels. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, the service is terrific. A wide range of supplements available at a great price with advice provided to assist how to get the most out of them. The community vibe here made me feel right at home, and the range of equipment both free weights and machines is amazing for a small gym.

Negative experience: Seems that the front desk doesn't have anyone (4pm) and the front door is locked without a fob and no one picks up the listed number so I don't think they work for people passing through Hamilton. Well equipped from what I could see from the street.

Fantastic experience: One of the best regional gym I’ve been to, Joel and the team there are some of the kindest and most supportive people you could ever meet and really know what they’re talking about, always make sure to hit a session there when I’m in the area

Positive experience: Decent vibe, just your typical somewhat cheaply priced 24 hour gym. 1/2 the building taken up by cardio machines. Music so loud you can hear it through headphones, but decent enough people.
