Fantastic experience: Bridge is a really knowledgeable, friendly and reliable PT. Going into my second birth I really wanted to continue strength and cardio training in a safe way to feel strong and keep managing a toddler while pregnant! My training with Bridge really helped me to do that. She happily (and skilfully!) adjusted depending on how I was feeling and I always came out feeling better for having trained! I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Bridge.
Fantastic experience: Bridget has been an amazing support through my postpartum recovery and return to exercise. She is highly knowledgeable and developed a structured and personalised exercise programme for me, all in the comfort of my own home. Fantastic experience: I did 1-1 classes with Bridget throughout my pregnancy, she had a really good understanding of the changes I was going through and how I would need to adapt my pialtes. At the same time I found she really pushed and challenged me to advance (even as I was getting bigger!), much more so than any other pre natal exercise I did. I went into birth and recovery feeling super strong and fit thanks to Bridget!
Fantastic experience: The 7 day abs challenge was a great kickstart to the year. Routines were varied and length of sessions manageable. Another demonstration of Bridget’s awesomeness!! She’s positive and encouraging with bags of energy. Routines are varied and challenging but she always provides options to suit your level. And importantly - the results are obvious! 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Bridget's has truly transformed my body and my attitude to exercise. Through her careful tuition I have grown stronger, more flexible and more confident. Even in group sessions, she is supportive and kind - which is a great distraction from how hard the classes can be! I love being able to access her huge on-demand library as well as all the live classes. I never thought I'd actually look forward to exercising, but I do!

Fantastic experience: Bridget is fantastic and her classes are brilliant. They’re not easy but I always feel great afterwards and she offers lots of levels and variations so you can take them at your own pace (although she will challenge you!) Her online library is also really varied with loads of options to choose from. I can’t recommend Bridget highly enough!

Fantastic experience: These classes are insanely good . They are the closest to an in-studio top studio Pilates/Barre class out there. Fantastic experience: I have been training with Bridget for over 5 years and could not think of a better Pilates instructor! She is always positive, warm, and encouraging. Bridget creates a safe environment in which I am able to feel comfortable even when I am not feeling my best. She pays great attention to detail and will make sure you finish her class feeling muscles you never knew existed. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Bridget more highly! She is simply the best. I have been working with Bridget for more than two years after breaking my leg and initially working on my rehab with her. Since then she has worked on my general fitness using a combination of barre and pilates methods. Bridget's classes are well thought out, safe, fun, challenging and always delivered with a bright, sunny smile. Bridget doesn't go through the motions. Her enthusiasm is always evident and on days when I have had to push myself, her 'can do' attitude has got me through! She wants you to be the best you can be and achieves this by listening and then constructing classes that will help you achieve your goals and more. For one so young, Bridget is highly knowledgeable in her field and is constantly striving to be the best in her industry. Since lockdown our classes have been online and initially I wasn't convinced but I didn't need to worry. Instructions were just as clear and precise. It's a skill in itself to teach via Zoom and Bridget is a pro! Not everyone is. Please, do not hesitate to work with this lovely person. It will be the best decision you make!

Fantastic experience: Bridget constructs amazing classes that are challenging for all levels of capability. Each workout is themed and very well considered and constructed. She provides options to each pose/activity suited to the range of capability in the class. Her sharp eye enables her to give individual adjustments regardless of the number of participants in each class - so good! She also seems to know exactly when to give words of encouragement, to help you through some challenges. Her energy and vitality lifts you and after each class you feel inspired and ready to tackle anything that comes your way!
Fantastic experience: Bridge is the perfect combination of tough, uplifting and bubbly! Her classes are super encouraging and engaging which is not easy to do through a Zoom class. She always offers variations to fit any level and knows when you give you that extra little push - I always finish the class with a sweat and a smile, even on days I really didn't want to. You can tell Bridge has a genuine passion for what she does and her energy is contagious. I can feel my strength and mobility improve on a weekly basis. The best way to start off your day, any day!

Fantastic experience: Bridget is one of those rare instructors who has the ability to massively improve your mental and physical stamina. My sessions with Bridget are still the hardest sessions even though I box and lift weights! She has amazing attention to detail and focuses on correct methods and alignment which prevents injury and you’ll feel safe in her hands. I trained with her throughout my pregnancy and when I got back into exercising afterwards it was just the right pace to slowly build my fitness again. She’s amazing, I can’t recommend her enough!
Fantastic experience: Looking for a new sporting direction, I was put in contact with Bridget's classes. Having never done Pilates before, she straight away makes you feel at ease. Her classes are so varied and different each week. I always feel I get value for my money from the sessions as I want to feel I have been in a good class. Her instructions are clear helping you get the most out of each session even via zoom. How she can even speak and give instructions while doing the exercises is beyond belief. I started to notice a change in my body and core strength after 4 weeks. I am so happy I came across Bridget's Pilate classes. I totally recommend her classes!

Fantastic experience: Bridget is by far the best pilates teacher I’ve ever found. Her classes are a full body workout that work you really hard but leave you feeling amazing. I’ve built up so much strength and tone through them. I’ve loved every class I’ve attended and no two have ever been the same.
Fantastic experience: Bridget‘s classes are so effective you’ll be buzzing afterwards as well as stronger and more flexible. She is a wonder at devising new routines, explaining them clearly and giving variations to suit all abilities. Highly recommended as an instructor and delightful as a person.
Fantastic experience: Bridge is honestly THE best Pilates teacher I have come across....& I’ve done a LOT of Pilates classes in my lifetime I have had a bad back since I was about 15, and I’m now in my early 40s......since I’ve been doing Bridge’s classes I’ve gained a huge amount of flexibility and my pain has all but gone. It’s not disappeared but it’s definitely reduced considerably. Bridge spent a lot of time with me in my initial 121 sessions talking about the back as she too has suffered from back problems over the years. She has gradually built my confidence and my strength to the point now where I can join in any class. I have to warn you, these classes are incredibly rewarding.....once you’ve finished ...you’ll probably feel like giving up at least once during them, but don’t!!!!! You’ll feel INCREDIBLE afterwards! They’re not traditional Pilates either so you will work up a sweat during some of them and feel like you’ve actually done a workout....which you will have done. I highly recommend Bridget as a teacher....you’ll not regret signing up!!!!
Fantastic experience: Having done Pilates for a number of years due to a chronic back problem caused by too many years of playing sports, I have learnt the importance in working with a teacher that is right for you. Bridget has fantastic knowledge of my condition, what works for me, and, what work needs to be done to ensure that my interest in sports isn't restricted to the sidelines!
