Fantastic experience: great gym, staff and regular gymgoers are all respectful and keep the place clean, massive variety of equipment so you can target any muscle you need. and is available for use at any time of the day with an easy key card you receive with your membership. I will continue to go here and definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Great gym really friendly staff but when I went to cancel they want to charge 3 payments to end the contract I was told this was in the contract, but it would of been nice if they tell you this verbally when signing. This is why I give 2 stars other then that 4 star gym.

Negative experience: The male toilets were constantly dirty or out of order, the male bathroom always smells like stale urine. The gym has equipment out of order for 6+ months, or broken with no plan of replacement. When maintenance or cleanliness is brought up with the management it is met with anger and criticism and in my case punishment. My membership was terminated immediately for raising a hygiene and maintenance complaint with head office. Extremely unprofessional and horrible, horrible customer service by Jess the club manager!

Negative experience: Me and my brother had gone to the gym as normal but when we got there we accidentally forgot our card so we waited a couple minutes until this lady with purple streaks in her hair opened the door so my brother grabbed the door to walk in and she grabbed his hand violently and shoved it away but after reasoning with telling her we forgot our card she verbally abused us mind you were 13 and 15, 5 min later a guy walked in and we asked if we can come in with him since we forgot our card no answer so we grabbed the door after him he then turned around and grabbed the door slamming it shut literally hurting my 13 year old brother this gronk was in his 30s

Fantastic experience: Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The gym has great facilities while also being clean and tidy. Equipment is updated and of a high standard, overall the best place to workout.

Negative experience: Had a short term agreement which worked well until I requested my money back for the $40 card deposit and was ghosted after multiple Attempts of communication via email and phone calls. Not a massive loss of money but arguably important. As a business taking that money is very unprofessional.

Positive experience: It's only a smaller gym but all high quality equipment. Only issue being I've watched equipment slowly disappear with it never being restocked

Positive experience: Snap fitness Orange is divided up into 4 areas, the cardio machines, the stretching area, with 3 mirrors so you can clearly see what you are doing, the room for bodyweight training and the machine weights. The treadmills have tv channels only, sorry no YouTube or Netflix, they clearly display the time run and distance covered, headphones need to be plugged in, no Bluetooth capabilities. Bathroom were visually clean but a bit on the nose, probably my poor luck walking in after a busy period. The prices are approximately $18 a week the cheapest I have seen in town, with $99 join up. The joining starter packs change from month to month, May was PT month, July is supplements or heart rate monitors. Ooh so close, I was looking for help with fitness assessments. This why I have given 3 and not 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout great people and jess really treats you like family

Positive experience: No standing OR seated calf raise machine. Smith machine is uncomfortable to do these on. Their 'calf block' is an unstable, wobbly block of wood which is an accident waiting to happen. Buy yourselves a proper one cheapskates. Not good for tall people wanting to do chinups or pullups on the bars on the power rack, as the roof is too low to go all the way up. Need to remove the roof panel above the bars, it's already cracked from someone slamming their head into it.

Positive experience: Is somebody able to tell me if you have to be over the age of 18 to go to this gym?

Negative experience: If somebody wants to cancel their membership registration especially the teenagers ... Give them proper advise... On cancellation procedure...They need guidance ...Don't extort and corrupt their hard earned money by Continuing Direct Debit Payment ....Put a stop on it...The Companies Reputation will be at stake.. Rumors spread ...And the Business goes down with it....Just a Reminder.....

There is a real cooperative atmostphere amongst all the guys and girls working out, you don't feel out of place or awkward right from the start. Option to pay by month, rather than long term plans
