Fantastic experience: EFM studio Justin is an affiliated with FIT College NSW who we collaborate and has been a real pleasure to work with. The gym has exciting challenges ON A MONTH basis and very community base within the Westmead hospital. Justin and his team no doubt brings out so much great rewarding energy and value to clients in all areas of fitness or training to improve or enhance their performance to live a healthier life. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training at the EFM club at Westmead. It’s a small knit but wonderful gym. The trainer Justin is really wonderful, give each of us individual attention, tailoring workouts to suit our capabilities. His approach and the great vibe at the gym really makes you comfortable and encouraged to keep coming back. I have learned a lot about workouts, posture and all in in my time with the gym so far. Looking forward to progressing my journey and engaging in workouts that vary and keep it tough but enjoyable.

Positive experience: This is a small gym sited in Westmead Hospital. The trainers are very helpful and know their stuff. It's a very friendly gym that makes it easy for me to do a workout before or after work, Monday to Friday.

Positive experience: I have tried to join this one a couple of times.. but it seems to be too closed-door one. There is everything in the gym. But for example, I can't run on a treadmill looking at the wall. Otherwise the gym and the instructors are good.
