We pride ourselves on having Beaudesert’s largest indoor fitness centre that provides a great sense of community to our wonderful members. Everyone is welcome here and we do our best to deliver a supportive environment to reach all your health and fitness goals. At Freedom we don’t limit you to one style of training and we don’t believe one style suits all! That’s why we offer our members the biggest variety under one roof – however you like to train, we have you covered!
Within our facility, we not only provide a space to exercise with free childminding, but also a place to relax – with our separate male and female saunas and comfortable lounge area you will leave feeling energised and refreshed.
If you are having trouble with the system contact us and we can show you how to work it, we will also help you save it to your phone home screen to make it easier!

Fantastic experience: Couldn't ask for a better to be honest
Fantastic experience: Great friendly staff and such a great atmosphere. Love the reformer pilates classes with Janie, love that we have this right here in Beaudesert!
Fantastic experience: Freedom is huge with lots of space to do your own thing
Negative experience: Sure it's a great gym, but I couldn't get in. Went during staffed hours, door was locked and no one was answering the phone. Knocked and called a few more times, after seeing staff were in the building. Got fed up and left. As I was leaving a staff member came to see what I wanted but was a bit over standing around at that point and was on my way to work. Shame as it does have great reviews otherwise

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym! I especially loved the community that Janie and the team have created. I felt welcomed from the outset and really enjoyed all of the group classes -I would thoroughly recommend joining! Although my placement in Beaudesert was only for 6 weeks, I am quite sad to leave the town and will especially miss the people and classes here. Looking forward to coming back one day!
