Positive experience: Nice gym could do with a little updating i like the convenience of 24/7 which means you can avoid the busy periods throughout the day and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Negative experience: Does not even get 1 star. This gym is very terrible. The equipment are old - some don't even turn on. The gym smells really bad most of the time. Also don't get the 6.95 weekly membership because they don't tell you that there is also a supposed 2.95 bank charge per week. Very terrible gym not worth this price. Go to any time fitness next door for a better gym.

Fantastic experience: There has been much appreciated changes to the gym which has made it a great place to train at. Good communication with the staff which is also appreciated. A great place to go and smash out some goals.

Positive experience: Good simple Gym❤️Love the boxing bags side , CrossFit area they have. Be good to shower set up inside blow dryers, staff more in the evenings mornings. Lighting in the car park can improve if we going after hours apart from that love this spot

Fantastic experience: I love the Emerton gym. It's gone through extensive renovations . I have been with them for 5 years. At one stage they had bad staff, but the boss got rid of them, now I can't believe the service we are getting, free personal training when you need advice and you get a programme, free group fitness classes, free boot camp, and an Olympic weightlifter gives classes on Wednesday 6 pm

Negative experience: Staff is so unprofessional - worst gym!

Negative experience: Well the equipments are not that great! I was on a no contract membership and when i called to cancel I was told by one of you to email to cancel my membership. You failed to tell me that it takes 6 weeks to for the membership to be cancelled when i signed up. And when i did send an email to cancel my membership money was going out of my account for 11weeks. Now that Im asking for the rest of the extra money ive been paying since my membership has been cancelled I haven't gotten a reply back. So my experience with iron gym doesnt deserve a star at all. And still waiting for my money to come back.
