What planet are you living on, as we are not a carvan park. We are a Fitness & Leisure Centre, and you have never attended our centre, since all attendees have to sign in. Obviously, you are trying but failing at being an infuencer.

Interesting how we are 7 hours from Brisbane, but you supposedly did a review of a food place in Brisbane just 1 hour ago, and at the same time that you were supposedly here. Thanks AJ, we appreciate your feedback as we try to help people enjoy their experience here. The route posters are thanks to a group of Gladstone High School students when they spent a term here for their Outdoor Ed program, with their marvellous tutor, James Barrago. Many climbers find them fun to attempt.

Thanks Mel, glad a good time was had. Hopefully the new rocks will go up on the walls after the busy holiday time is over.

When did you play mini golf here? Records show that is doubtful. Our facility was built with the purpose of providing a fun activity at a reasonable cost, to offer people a different activity that did not already exist in the area, something that could be enjoyed by both adults and children, and in particular, family groups, and to offer something that could be easy or challenging, depending on the participant's need and/or ability. We also offer a 50% discount to disability services groups, and we don't charge the Carers who attend with clients. Perhaps you could show a little "Compassion, Integrity, Commitment" and speak to us in person if you have a problem, rather than shrink to low-level social media complaining and point-scoring. There have been hundreds of people who have said the facility is fun and well done.

$5 for kids is expensive??? When did you visit our business, and what activity did you take part in please? We can find no record of you having attended our business over the past 5 months. Definitive comments help us understand any low satisfaction and resolve issues.
Edit: Your claim that there are no fans in the Mini Golf are untrue. Check our recent image which shows there are 3 very large fans in this 6x9m area - 1 high 1800mm ceiling fan and 2 x powerful 600mm wall fans - more than adequate for a room of this size. I can't understand how you missed seeing them. Our prices are very reasonable compared to what we have paid and seen in other venues, but no one is forced to pay for something they consider expensive. Judging by the number of reviews you have done, it seems to me like you are trying to be an "influencer". Sad you can't be honest.

Sorry you were disappointed in the service as we always make sure people are competent with wearing the harness and particularly with belaying. If people are open to it, we often give free climbing tips. If you would like to help us improve on what more we could do, as we like to help everyone enjoy the experience, please let us know.

Our records do not show a sign-in from you - when did you visit and what activity are you referring to, since we have been closed for a break for 10 days before this? The mini golf is brand new; gym, squash, smartwall?; the climbing ropes and harnesses are regularly cleaned and no repairs necessary on the walls, except maybe a couple of bells that get destroyed from over-ringing; the walls could do with repainting to cover marks from shoes but that is not unusual on climbing walls. We haven't increased our prices in 10+ years so perhaps we should review them so we can spend $10K on new rocks and paint? Would be nice if people could give information on what they mean or expect, or if we knew that they actually visited for an activity.
