Fantastic experience: I just want to say a huge THANK YOU!!! to Isaac and the awesome team for pushing me and inspiring me to get it done. Since last November I have been out of action from foot surgery but with the help of F45 Thuringowa I have bounced back faster than planned and it showed today when I passed my army BFA (fitness test) with flying colours, I got my best results ever today. Fantastic experience: I love training at F45 Thuringowa for lots of reasons, but the biggest is the trainers. They are all so friendly, supportive, and encouraging They may push you to your physical limits but it comes from a place of love lol. I never hate getting up at 4.30am to go to my gym

Fantastic experience: I wanted to start my fitness journey at a young age and F45 helped me do just that. I walked in there doors and the team welcomed me with open arms and ever since then have supported and encouraged me through everything. Fantastic experience: I never stuck to an exercise regime until I found F45 Thuringowa. The team are super supportive and have created a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Beginners through to expert will find a place at F45 Thuringowa. Give them a go, I promise it's worth it!

Fantastic experience: Great team environment, supportive staff and fantastic work-outs. Each workout is challenging but can be modified for any fitness level. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Thuringowa studio. I've gained strength, fitness and friends and the Trainers really care not only about your performance and technique but you as a person. Fantastic experience: The team were very welcoming from the second I walked in to the studio. The trainers are knowledgeable, but coach you on form and give you that encouragement to work that little bit harder during the workout. Highly recommend f45 Thuringowa.
