Positive experience: I like the fact that it's out of the way, it has a nice vibe. It's old and there's no heating or aircon, but it's fine for the most part. There's so many machines it's borderline a safety hazard trying to move through/around them especially when there's more than a hand full of other people around. There's no floor space to do any kind of stretching or pilates based exercises, unless you manage to have the place to yourself. That does happen, but it's not something you can bank on. It's very focused on machine based exercise, so if you're thinking of doing rehab stuff, it's probably not going to work for you.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, this is a great gym. There's plenty of different equipment to choose from and they've just taken possession of some new treadmills too. Be sure to check them out!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many mainstream gyms over the years, but this one is by far the best I have seen. The equipments are of state of the art grade, and well-maintained. There are multiples machines of each type so I have never needed to wait for a machine to become available. The fitness centre offers free personal training as well. Staff are very experienced and helpful. I feel lucky to have such a great place for regular workout and couldn't have asked for more. Than you Gregorys Fitness Centre.
