Fantastic experience: Love love love this studio (and Mona Vale). All the teachers are fabulous. I feel so relaxed and grounded after every session. The workshops are also a great addition to the regular classes.

Fantastic experience: Far out - I am blown away by the quality of teachers here. The ambiance, the friendly staff, the whole experience. The vinyasas are intelligently sequenced, the Yin classes are just so dreamy, and the Mellow is perfect for a day when you want a bit of both. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Great studio - great teachers - and down to earth as well with the students and the teachers - the only improvement I would recommend is the payment system - as someone that travels frequently it is not flexible enough (unlike your teachers :))

Fantastic experience: This is one of my all time favourite yoga studios. Some great yoga teachers work here. Look out for Morgan's classes in particular, they're not to be missed if you're interested in yogic philosophy, ayurveda and the sharing of wisdom. It is always an education that goes way beyond asana. From the moment you enter the reception area it feels calm and serene. The studio space is loft style and feels modern, welcoming, intimate and tranquil.

Fantastic experience: Wow another beautiful space from team M/M! The view from the windows of the surrounding tree tops brings such peace to my practice. As usual with M/M expect amazing teachers, great classes, and progression. I love all the workshops on offer -my practice has improved so much.

Fantastic experience: In a nutshell, LOVE IT! I've been attending classes at the Balgowlah studio for almost a year now. The studio is simplicity and elegance personified, serene and minimalist, yet warm and inviting. The staff are inviting and establish warm connections to the students, genuine and supportive - they're all about the yoga. I've tried classes with at least 8 of the teachers and enjoyed them all, my favourites being the moving feast of Melissa's Modern Vinyasa or blissful Yin; and any restorative escape with Phoebe.
