Fantastic experience: Jetts Elanora is definitely the best small gym that l have been to. Good equipment and friendly staff, especially the manager Aria. She's always so friendly and helpful, a genuine people person who loves her job.

Fantastic experience: Maysun is the nb1 in this gym: very friendly and professional, always helping, always advising new comers and make them feel at home. He is the one who cleans up this gym regularly and really care for the equipment. I hope his management value his work as much as the members :).

Fantastic experience: This gym being close to the beach has a cool & laid back feel. Both staff and personal trainers are very friendly. Thankyou to both Scott and Aria for helping kick-start my journey and making me feel welcome.

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service!

Fantastic experience: Jetts Elanora one of the best gyms I have attended. I really enjoy the facilities, nice space, and an excellent range of equipment catering for different fitness levels. The staff are friendly and helpful. Members are courteous and considerate, willingly sharing popular equipment. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the facility and the convenience of the location with ample parking space deserve special mention. The nice environment makes it easy for me to look forward to my workouts each week.

Positive experience: I came from Snap…so in comparison, it’s much the same..It’s alright..but needs more handwipe stations as the one that is there is often empty or broken. The equipment needs more regular cleaning (it’s dusty in places), the water tap is broken. Also the provided floor mats are really old n gross. Aside from that, yeah. It’s fine. Oh, as with most gyms, the music is terrible. That’s pretty subjective though.

Fantastic experience: Best place to workout. They have the best machines, best trainers and pretty girls always at the gym. Make sure to go in the evening to meet pretty girls FYI

Fantastic experience: Fantastic jetts. I have worked out at 12 different locations in QLD and this one being a new one, has excellent modern equipment, decent size with a good layout. Credit to Simon who really does keep his locations in great shape. Highly recommend this place.
Fantastic experience: Very clean, new equipments. Beth the staff was super friendly and helpful. Within half an hour of me waking in, she explained to me the whole gym and what all the areas and equipments are for. Clearly explained the membership structure and fee. Went over the orientation and safety procedures and without a doubt I signed up for a yearly membership. She got my security tag activated and I was Ready to work out 24/7, nice and close to work. Big spacious changing room/toilet, clean, dry, even provided complimentary deodorant to use! Thanks Beth from Jetts, you are a star ⭐️
