Negative experience: I was about to join the club with my partner however won’t be proceeding as the service from the club manager was cold and rude. I had messaged him regarding any promotions and pricing. He was blunt when advising of no promotions and that I should check instagram page for pricing. Pretty much he was like join if u want too or don’t. Even prior to his message, I visited the club to talk to him at reception but he was on a call, which was fine. But not once did he say I’ll be with you in a minute. Completely ignored me while I stood there. I’m not sure who is the owner or if it’s him but I surely wouldn’t want him to run my club with that stinky attitude.

Negative experience: Me and my husband have been regular F45 Marby customers since 2017, we supported them through Covid whey they were closed, the trainers are great and the workouts amazing but the customer service is beyond poor. Given our schedules, we decided to cancel our memberships in August and September respectively only to find out that we were being billed until November. I've chased them innumerable times over emails, text messages and received 'we are looking into this' email first week or November after which the owner has gone incommunicado, I am told his phone is broken as of today but surely he has a laptop? Money lost, but also two loyal customers lost forever

Fantastic experience: Marby's a Great F45 studio. Trainers Matt, Scotty, Barasa, Stella and Stefan are all super friendly & knowledgeable. The Members I trained with were all really cool and positive people. I recommend F45 to anyone wanting to get into HIIT & Resistance training in a safe and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love training here ! Joel is an amazing trainer that knows how to cater each exercise so that it pushes you that little bit extra and also takes care in making sure your form is correct. The team are very welcoming and make training so much fun ! (:

Fantastic experience: I'm new to F45 and am liking the program but the trainers here are why i've signed up. Super professional and knowledgeable, they've made me feel welcome from my first day. They are tuned in to their members, pushing you when you need the push and suggesting modifications when necessary. Love being a part of this team!

I am 10kgs down since I started going and it is largely due to how involved and motivating the team is! Joel and Matt are an amazing, as are the new trainers who are constantly pushing everyone to be the best they can be

Negative experience: Not professional and scammers

Fantastic experience: F45 has been a great place, the trainers are energetic and always encourage the students no matter how hard the exercises are. Dom makes us happy when she dances while we are exhausted, John is always focus on me me when I am lost during the circuit, Scotty has always the right words to encourage me and Matt always with his big smile teach me how to do each exercise correctly.

Fantastic experience: Such a great studio! The team Matt, Dom & Scotty are so motivating and always buzzing with energy. Awesome atmosphere and all of the other members are super friendly!

Negative experience: Horrible experience with management. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend - plenty of f45s around this area with more welcoming staff.

Negative experience: Incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service. To attack someone’s character for behing honest and seeking advice is such a petulant and inappropriate way to treat your clients. Toxic behaviour like this is why people are hesitant to join gyms in the first place. Do NOT recommend this F45 location!
