Fantastic experience: Loving our gym workouts at BFT Oxenford . Never did I think I would get my husband inside a gym but he is also enjoying the workouts. The trainers are fantastic. Small groups feel like you are having a PT session without the PT expense. Jessi is amazing at correcting your movements and making sure you get the most out of the sessions. Can’t recommend BFT enough.

Fantastic experience: These guys are fantastic. Made adjustments for old (age) injuries and pushed us to work harder each day. Jessie and Anna are always friendly and welcoming and make it easy to do the work.

Fantastic experience: Been at this gym for 2 years and it’s a great non intimidating, supportive and fun training environment. Always get in a good workout whether it’s cardio or weight training!

Fantastic experience: Anna, Jessie and the rest of the team at Oxenford BFT have created an environment that feels safe for anyone to join. You know every time you walk in there's a smile and a conversation to be had not just from the staff but also the members. I went in with injuries and was a bit nervous but the coaches all make sure you're doing the correct form and push you when you need it. Absolutely love coming in and thank you for creating a space where anyone and everyone feels welcomed.

Positive experience: BFT is an excellent place to train I have made some great friends! However pending on the day as to which coach takes the session reflects on how much you get will get out of it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to BFT Oxenford for over 2 years. It is the first time I have ever stuck to a fitness membership. The studio feels like a little community. The trainers are all supportive and knowledgeable. They always go out of their way to help and to make sessions fun and enjoyable. The thing I love the most though are the other members. Everyone is super friendly. There are no egos and no judgement. Just lots of laughs and encouragement. I love the fitfam!

Fantastic experience: I have tried multiple BFT studios as I travel for work and BTF Oxenford is by far the best I’ve ever visited! I trained with these legends for a solid 6 months and their energy, group involvement and attitude to helping you meet your fitness goals is unmatched! Immediately felt comfortable in a new space and made friends with other members really quickly. I love all of the trainers there and can’t wait to be back!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym's I've been to. Good way to break a training plateau. Great mix of training. Staff and trainers are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Concept of showing up to class, not having to worry about what exercises to do and leaving feeling like you've pushed yourself is great. Members are friendly and always welcoming to new people.
