Fitstop Westminster

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym over the summer holidays with every intention of stopping when I went back to work. No dice. It is such a warm friendly atmosphere, the staff are the most encouraging even though I'm not one of those hard core gym girlies. I had to stay! Stepping into my fourth month now and no plans on leaving.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fitstop Westminster after having my 2nd baby and was looking to get back into fitness and improve my strength. I’m so glad I found Fitstop when I did, my fitness and strength have improved so much and have even helped to get rid of the ‘baby weight’. I like that they have crèche facilities, a range of class times and very friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Jake and the team are very approachable and have helped me so much with my fitness goals, I would highly recommend Fitstop Westminster!

Fantastic experience: abbey, isaiah and jake, i have the classes with were very professional and despite my health challenges they never made me feel weak instead encouraged me with correct techniques, i still have long way to go but consistency is the key - great work by all coaches

Fantastic experience: I started Fitstop Westminster about a year and a half ago. From the unbelievably supportive, knowledgeable and all round great fun coach’s it definitely made my journey so enjoyable. The gym is no longer something I need to do each week it has become part of my lifestyle. It has an amazing community spirit no matter what fitness level you are at.

It is impossible to find a place like Fitstop where kids are looked after in such a safe and welcoming environment. Fantastic experience: Fitstop Westminster was a gym I immediately felt comfortable at and provides a more care free way to keep fit or reach goals. The scalable workouts mean they're suited for whether you're feeling like taking it easy or breaking your records. The trainers are by far the best part however, they are very friendly and encouraging. They must have the hiring process down pat because whenever a new coach or trainer joins they slide in seamlessly and add to the gym's strong feel of a family-like community.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a gym before Fitstop Westminster, and there was no better way to start back in October 2024! The coaches are so encouraging and supportive. They have so much patience in showing me (many times) how to do the exercises with the correct form and breaking down the exercises so I can work my way up to it. It's great to have this friendly place to start building up my fitness!

The coaches are fantastic, the community is very welcoming and have plenty of social events to get everyone involved. The workouts have improved my cardio and weightlifting and always learning new skills along the way.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fitstop Westminster for over 2 years now - almost part of the furniture at the 6am class! It is still just as challenging as the first day I went as there is always opportunities to continue to push yourself more! I love the community that has been created, the constantly changing workouts and the ability to just rock up (sometimes still half asleep) and know I’ll get a great workout done! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fitstop was the first gym that I actually fell in love with. From the coaches, the program and the community, it really is the place to be. For someone who only really trained in dance and never touched a dumbbell, I was guided by the coaches and met new friends who helped and supported me along the way. I began learning more about my body, it's capabilities, techniques for certain lifts and getting stronger. The community is truly amazing. From the events, run club, recovery days, workouts for mental health, you are constantly embraced in a culture that loves health and fitness. Being surrounded by people who share the same goals and values as you is amazing and extremely motivating. I have now been at fitstop for nearly two years and it's the highlight of my morning. Fitstop Westminster has taught me alot, but I think the most important thing the gym has taught me is that I am more capable than I think. Thanks Westy! ❤️

All the coaching staff are extremely knowledgeable and are well equipped to make sure you get the most out of every session. Fantastic experience: It’s all about the staff! Great trainers, really know their stuff when it comes to correct technique to prevent injuries. Trainers are always on the lookout during sessions and provide just the right amount of motivation. Also really friendly and just great people. The community itself is also great - inclusive friendly crowd, no egos and every session has someone to egg you on if you make the effort to chat. As for the sessions, good range of workouts, can be as challenging as you make it. Trainers offer alternatives in case of injuries. Mix of cardio focussed days, and strength focussed days. Overall great experience - as long as you put in the effort.

Negative experience: Terrible experience I went to my trail run and asked the trainer how much she said there was a special for $54 for 4weeks so I signed up she forgot to mention that it would be $54 a week for 30days if I wanted to cancel. That is a huge difference from $54 for 1month and $54 a week! Rip off and poor communication!!! Disappointed this was not told to me when I asked the trainer

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, and good kid zone for the little ones. Loving the transition, its a mix between f45 and CrossFit but I get fewer injuries.

The Fitstop method was exactly the change I needed as there is purpose for their approach. The Westminister community Simona has created is second to none. Simona and Megan are the best trainers in the business. Hands down the best change I’ve made!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Love every session. Simona was a legend trainer helping me get restarted into training. The other trainers are tops too. If you want to get strong and fit then head here. Easier to be motivated in a group setting.

Fantastic experience: When I went to fitstop i could immediately tell the vibe was good. The first person I met was Luke and he was very welcoming. He was interested in understanding my needs, showed me the gym area and facilities, introduced me to key staff and got me thinking about my long-term fitness goals. The staff are friendly, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Providing me with many alternative movement exercises due to a work injury. Fitstop provides an environment with a healthy safe mindset, full of passion and care. The values I've experienced at fitstop means more to me than a gym membership anywhere else.
