Negative experience: CONTINUING TO CHARGE AFTER THE CONTRACT HAS ENDED! STAFF ALSO LIE ABOUT COOLING OFF PERIOD FOR SAID CONTRACT. With your "cooling off period" maybe inform your staff that its 10 days from sign on. I was told in person that its the 2 week free trial and then there was a cool off period after that. When making the call to cancel my membership i was told the period had ended. Its ridiculous that it needs to be cancelled while still in the free trial stage. Also to try charge OVER $200 to cancel the contract Now after my 18 MONTH CONTRACT ENDED IN JANUARY i find out that you have still charged me weekly. This is disgusting and i hope your business gets closed

Negative experience: Hand sanitizing empty Most of the night I went. Also members are not doing sanitizing equipment even though they are plenty of signs Also Be careful with their terms and condition when you join.otherwise you will end up with long-term contract and draining your money. When I joined with them they don't explain about the terms and condition. if you want to change the plan or if you leave the area still you had to pay. Even I called the head office there's no real support to understand your issues to help.

Negative experience: The staff here is very outrageous, when the card has been confirmed once, only need a month of membership, but a month later still deduct fees. Confirm again, promise me to cancel the membership, after a week, still deduct fees. Until I called their headquarters. And additional deductions are non-refundable. Why would I choose a gym with no integrity? revo in the city is very good, and zap is highly not recommended. And the equipment is in bad condition.

Negative experience: Unfortunately after a mistake on jetts end I have to write a public review. jetts Forrestfield’s approach to a situation in which my membership was put on hold due to personal reasons was rather unprofessional and standoffish. On the email I was given a date in which my account will be put back online and that they will give me a call to remind me and set me back up, after 3 months of life I in very normal human form forgot about this membership and never received a call back from jetts Forrestfield, putting me back on the plan with no consult. After many months of inactivity (visible to Jetts Forrestfield) they never called to check up on my membership even though I never entered the gym, slowly draining money away. I approached Jetts Forrestfield after seeing the transactions in my account and asked to have a refund showing them the email stating ‘they will call me back to fire me up’ and also them being able to see I didn’t attend the gym once. once showing them there mistake they told me that is was policy and I would not get back my money, (only just quarter of the amount owned). The way in which they lied their own narrative into the situation to save them selves was quite disturbing and annoying, I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anybody especially after the previous manager and staff left who were very supportive and kind.

Positive experience: Firstly, I haven't been here in a few years and I'm writing a review because it keeps "popping" up. Like I said, I haven't been here in a few years, but I really liked this gym. The staff, equipment, bathroom, everything was great; clean and friendly. Everything and more that you would expect. Then my work load at university was full on and I had to take time off, much longer than the three months, so I had to cancel my membership. When I went to rejoin, I was happy to pay the fee but they wouldn't let me rejoin at the price I was originally paying. Not considering that I had been going there for YEARS. So, I didn't go back. Plus, the manager had changed and some PTs left, and I didn't feel it was a good fit for me anymore; the community vibe was gone. And that's it. I'm sure it's good, but then I wouldn't know.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time coming here. I’m impressed very friendly staff. The gym abit small and crowded but I’m enjoyed workout here. The bathroom very clean highly recommended

Fantastic experience: The staff are great, the gym has everything I need, the provide free samples occasionally of energy powders and protein powders. There are showers, emergency buttons in toilets as well which is good. The equipment have labels on them indicating what part of the body it will work out and most of them have QR codes that when you scan with your phone it shows you on your phone the correct way of using it! It is a small gym compared to most but I like it like that.

Positive experience: Great little gym with everything you need for a good workout. Only downside is the wipe down facilities could do with an upsize. all in all a great experience though.

Negative experience: Firstly, the 24 hour nature of this gym is excellent and the quality of their equipment is outstanding. However when I joined up I was meant to get a few freebies which I never received and any attempts to contact the manager by phone or email for any reason was ignored. I also signed up and paid for 18 months but now, 12 months apparently my membership has expired. That is just not good enough unfortunately. EDIT: There is a new manager there now who has been helpful in fixing some of the old managers mistakes. If this continues my review will change

Positive experience: Have been a member for some time. The revamp was overdue. Friendly staff, my fave Gavin has now moved on. Super guy! One of my pet peeves is members really need to wipe down equipment with supplied disinfectant. Just use it! Turn on fans as well!
