Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fizzio For Life for over a decade. Not only can I say that their team is one of the most well qualified I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, they also handle every case with professionalism whilst also caring about peoples individual needs. The team has always gone over and above to make sure I receive the highest quality of care, including dealing with work cover claims and liaising between specialists and GPs ensuring that my treatment has been effective and well managed. I highly recommend Fizzio for Life to anyone who needs physiotherapy.

Negative experience: Wastage if money Nd time . Its just like they do time pass , i had 3 session every each session physiotherapist call me 5 to 7 minutes late but finish on same time and take 15 minutes for surgery question like About heart disease Asthma Diabetes and type it in Should be a form before you call to come in the room for treatment Only 9 to 10 minutes for treatment I spend $ 90 for 10 minutes massage. Not worth
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review Sarbjeet and I apologise your treatment was not what you expected. I do, however, have to defend my therapists at this time. Physiotherapy is an evidence based practice, based on clinical reasoning derived from evaluating patient's answers to questions, assessing movement, medical history and mechanisms of injury. Our therapists have a clinical and professional responsibility, particularly with new clients, or those that come irregularly, to make sure that they are doing their due diligence so that they avoid causing harm to patients. All of our therapists take this responsibility very seriously. Our patients normally find if they attend for a follow up visit as recommended by the care team then the questioning is actually very short as it is able to focus on the previous treatment outcomes, leaving much more time for care, exercises and therapy.
I do also need to clarify that a 30 minute physiotherapy session is not the same as 30 minute massage session. Massage is just one component of physiotherapy, along with exercise, stretches and other active interventions. Massage therapists are not under the same strict regulations as physiotherapists who are regulated under AHPRA. Remedial massage therapists are wonderful, but it is a completely different service to physiotherapy.
Overall though, every less than perfect patient experience gives us a chance to review our processes and I will be investigating ways to make sure our procedures are as streamlined as possible and that the expectations of our patients are clearly managed at the time of booking. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Julie and Nate for the last few months for my DVA back pain. Both are extremely professional and empathetic towards my rehabilitation. A very friendly place to go especially the admin staff. If there was a 10 star rating I would give them a 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Fizzo for Life Waterford. The team there are fantastic. Have seen Sarah & Sam for most of my treatments, both in room & hydro and they have been amazing, really listen to what I tell them and have made me feel most comfortable. If your looking for a physio, exercise therapist, or classes this is the place to go. Oh and the ladies out front, so friendly and nothing's to hard for them, great customer service

Negative experience: I booked in for 6 sessions. After session 2 and 3 I saw Sam. Session 3 he basically expressed to me that I should loose weight and I should evaluate my job prospects within the next 2 years. I cancelled the remaining 3 sessions. P.s. A young boy shouldn't be a physio to a 50 + Or should have life experience. I won't be going back.....

I do feel it's important to clarify upfront that all of our physiotherapists are university qualified, are committed to ongoing professional development, and are employed by us because of their experience and skills. We know it's really important that our patients feel secure with their therapist, which is also why we are really proud that we have such a variety of physios who all have different skill sets and techniques. This gives us a high chance of aligning our patients to someone who can meet their expectations.

Fantastic experience: I have been a regular client of Fizzio for Life for over two years as both a Physio and Exercise Physiology client. I have predominantly seen Emily in Physio and Josh in EP but have also seen other staff and I can say without a doubt that all Fizzio for Life staff are exceptional. The Fizzio for Life team are all very personable, professional, kind, motivating and are brilliant at what they do. The only reason I am no longer a current client is due to moving house. I have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone who needs to see an amazing physio or EP.

Hi Abbas, thank you for your feedback. We are very committed to our customer service and this is one of the reasons that we are very busy. We try our best to accomodate patients who are running late, but it's very difficult for us when patients arrive well after their appointment time as we are generally very full. We have been able to accomodate this by making changes for you previously, but unfortunately today we were fully booked and were unable to do that without inconveniencing our other patients. We are happy to talk to you about making your appointments at a time that is better suited for you. Thank you for your feedback as we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about this issue.

Fantastic experience: Hi....Sandra Curran here...just want to say how happy I am with Fizzio For Life Waterford. I walked in to the Centre at the End of November 2019. Saw Kerry who took all the info on my lifestyle etc. I then joined a couple of classes per week. So far, I've lost 7 kilos, am much stronger and fitter, sleeping well and much happier (even though there have been some tears in the beginning). The other class members are there for the same outcome which makes it great as there is no competition. The Physios are fantastic. All of them understanding, kind but also encouraging to push just a little harder if possible. Thank you so much and I really look forward to all the classes.
Fantastic experience: The staff here are really helpful and do their job well. I feel they are motivated to help you and devise an exercise program that caters to your needs. The sessions are reasonably priced. I recommend this place because of their friendly staff and their dedication.
