Fantastic experience: My client visits this clinic twice a week and it is the highlight of her week. The staff are incredible, so friendly and patient and understanding with her. Rick, Bella and Claire you are all wonderful. And I bet the rest of the staff are too!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience during my recovery from my knee injuries (ACL and meniscus tears). A big thank you to Stephen, who not only recommended a skilled surgeon, but also made a big difference to my recovery. Stephen is very skilled and professional. He is hands on and also teaches exercises that has helped build up my strength since coming out of surgery. Thank you Stephen!

Negative experience: Be aware that this clinic offers a 10% discount if you leave a google review. I tried them recently as a new client. I found them to be hands-off and arrogant. They asked me questions to validate their assumptions and were not interested in listening to previous historical issues. As a result they misdiagnosed me. After following their prescribed exercises, 3 days later I was left in excruciating pain, far worse than what I initially presented with. I will not be using them again. If you need a local Physio in Reservoir, I can recommend Recover Strong Physio instead, whose care has been excellent and has resolved my issue.

My appointment did not feel rushed and I felt genuine care for my sporting injury. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Total Physiocare Reservoir in 2021. When I called to make my first appointment I received such a warm welcome from the person who answered the phone. I now know this person to be Clair and she has never been anything but efficient, lovely and welcoming not only to me, but to everyone I see her interact with. I now attend weekly Clinical Pilates classes with Emily which not only have proven to be good for me but very enjoyable. I look forward to going each week, the classes are small and Emily gives us all her attention in a relaxed atmosphere. When I need a little extra help I see Megan who works her magic on any problems I might have. She really listens and has a beautiful caring approach. I recommended her to a friends mother recently who is just so impressed with Megan and the positive results she has obtained . This might sound like a very enthusiastic review but it’s genuine and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who might be feeling hesitant about seeking treatment as I was one of those people. Although I have not met all the other staff I do see them around the clinic and I can see that they all possess the same engaging manner and overall it’s a it’s a very friendly clinic.with experienced and caring staff. I would encourage anyone reading this to book an appointment and see for themselves.

I was suffering really bad lower back pain and after my consultation with Megan she gave me all the right advice and therapy I needed. Through her care my back pain really improved and no more pain. Claire the receptionist was absolutely lovely and very friendly. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone suffering body pain. Very amazing staff.

Negative experience: It cost me $95 for initial consultation, fine. Follow up $85 for 10 mins. No room to wait in waiting room, no fee disclosure, never going back.

Fantastic experience: I regularly visit this physio clinic since my serious car accident. Stephen is the amazing physio therapist who can speak differents language, and apply both western and eastern treatments ( acpuncture, cold needles) for his patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a appointment at 9.40 am Today. All the Covid-19 precautions taken care of sanitizers in place the physio are the Best. Got my Session Done in about 15 mins. Car parking space.
