Fantastic experience: Hello, I was new to Australia and new to this F45 center. The staff made me feel like I was part of their community/family. The coaches were great at motivating me and explaining the exercises. I loved the center in Seaforth. I would recommend it 10,000 times over!

Fantastic experience: My son hijacked my gmail but genuine review of local mum of 2 primary aged boys with an often absent Navy partner. F45 Seaforth and their coaching crew are awesome. Heaps of class times to suit varied schedules. Been a member for almost 5 years and can honestly say my mental health and coping skills of day to day mayhem are so much better when I’m doing my x3 classes per week. It has all the benefits of the F45 franchise with efficient and varied daily workouts, strong sense of community and camaraderie, motivated and supportive environment, but the Seaforth studio also has a large, loyal member base and an amazing team of talented trainers who are the heartbeat of this club. Love training there ❤️

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym which I would recommend to anyone. Everyone is made to feel really welcome and the trainers are great at pushing you when they know you can do it or adapting exercises to suit your ability or any injuries. I love the fact I can turn up, do my 45 mins and get out of there. A great start to the day. Give it a go if you are in the area!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place. They made exercise fun! We dealt mostly with AJ but all the instructors were amazing-super helpful and encouraging. Unfortunately we had to leave as we were leaving town but we’d gladly go back if we pass through Sydney again!

Fantastic experience: Peter and the team at Seaforth F45 are brilliant. Needed an alternative F45 whilst visiting family locally. Peter responded to my messages promptly and helped with my short visit. Sessions were great and instructors really helpful. Brought my sister - newbie to F45. Peter and Todd helped her through the whole sessions and she enjoyed it. Will definitely be going to Seaforth F45 on my next visit to Sydney and if I lived locally would definitely join up.

Fantastic experience: Best staff ever so far. Friendly and professional. Best training if u are looking into HIIT in just 45 mins. You re going to be smashed! Love it! Very easy to follow exercises with the screen always on the amazing staff around you checking if you re doing right too. Good amount of sessions in a day and plenty of different exercises, some of then easy and some more complex, which make the training much more fun! Sometimes it get a bit full, but i always have the most fun of it so far. You have no excuses. Play hard and get results in just few weeks. Awesome experience. Highly recommended. F45 Seaforth!
