Fantastic experience: I've been a member of F45 Maroubra since 2016 and joining the F45 "cult" (LOL) was the best decision ever. Once you get past those first couple of weeks it'll be amazing. Yes you will sweat like crazy, yes you will feel like you're gonna die and yes you'll be sore as hell, but it is sooooo worth it. It changed my life!!! Thank you!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at F45 Traning Maroubra for more than a year. They moved to new permises few month ago to a much better spot. - Corner Maroubra Rd / Anzac Parade. Great concept Great Staff

Fantastic experience: Great little studio, Denis and team very friendly and always there to push you that little bit further in your training. Recommend, but not for beginners!
