Fantastic experience: great gym with an excellent environment clean and well maintained. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi isn’t very stable. Overall, it’s still a wonderful place. Thank you for all your hard work!

Negative experience: Sighs says open but it’s closed

Negative experience: For 2 summers now I’ve been struggling with the heat. They do not turn the AC on after office hours. We are struggling to train upstairs. This is a hygiene issue as well as a safety concern. Women upstairs do not have access to the AC control. They claimed it to be a 24 hour gym but they don’t want to offer their facilities for 24 hours. People cannot be bracketed to office hours. We have been expressing our concerns but no action has been taken.

Negative experience: I‘m really speechless. I’ve been busy these days and haven‘t activated it. Then I don’t know why the bank refused your payment. Then you told me that there was an overdue fee of 15 yuan. I really don‘t want to work out with you.

Fantastic experience: Very clean enviroment, new equipment, just got a new membership, would recommend.

Negative experience: I’ve only wanted a membership with them for a year and they have continued to charge me money after a year and I’ve called them to talk about the extra fees they’ve been charging but they haven’t contacted me back. This is outrageous!

Fantastic experience: Coming from a mix gym that doesn’t provide an only ladies gym area to a gym that has its own upstairs ladies area is honestly one of the best thing ever. Not only do they have ladies area but they also have set time from Mon-Fri from 8am till 11am allowing the ladies to have the down stairs mix area all for themselves and being free enough to take off their scarf knowing no men can get access in within those time and having all cameras off. Also we can’t forget about the staff, absolutely amazing people. They always put a smile on your face no matter when and they would do anything to ensure that you are comfortable with the gym and would ask if there is any issues. Honestly this gym is a MOST to sign up for, worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym I’ve been to!!! Such a clean gym and love the equipment variety.. staff members are so friendly and welcoming! I love how there is a ladies only section upstairs, they also have a cafe which has a nice variety of coffee, protein shakes, sandwich’s etc.

Negative experience: It’s okay they have a separate area for females. Parking is okay but getting in and out is difficult especially during peak times. It’s a little run down and the equipment is old. Was a member but have since gone elsewhere.

Positive experience: Currently a neglected gym. Equipment is hardly replaced or repaired.

Negative experience: No squat rack
