Negative experience: I called this morning to follow up on a complaint made about me regarding my teenagers using my tag . I apologise no excuse said il take the 150 fine for each time, it was 3 times. That's 450. But this morning he made another complaint about me tagging in with a tag that doesn't state if its a male or female (his words ). I explained I'm a registered paying member and have been for nearly 4 years. I lost my tag but been coming to this gym and no one has question me for the past 12 months, if they did like the livingston manager ,they would know I'm a paying member. He said he don't care he is guin to fine me 150 for everytime I have tagged in with my partners tag ‍♀️ I understand the situation regarding my kids . But this manger is doing way to much , to the point he threatened legal auction towards me if i use his gym again. He also stated i breached the policy by right clicking on the mouse that was attached to the monitor screen. I told him the screen was boldly showing upstairs where I was guin. I right clicked it to remove the attention as I didn't want people watching me workout from downstairs ‍♀️ if that's a crime then I'm a criminal. He didn't like my humar at all. This is the first time I have ever experienced such hostile behaviour from any jetts employee. Also I was going to sign my kids up after them trying it but now seeing how this manager behaves I know it wouldn't be a positive choice. So I Have signed them up 2 jetts forestlakes, forestlakes has been my home gym for the past 4 years. I care where my money goes and who's business I support . If you leave this gym because of same reason or other, I suggest you resign and re register at another or he's still gonna get your money weather to stay their or not. I'm sorry for the breach and take full accountability Just got this email today 3/01/2025 from the same guy ‍♀️ boarder line harrisment . Been a member for nearly 4 years and this is just out the gate behaviour. I don't want people to see this and think jetts is bad. Cause I have enjoyed forestlakes and cannongton 100% . It's just this guys reaction to my apologies that has thrown me off .

Fantastic experience: This Jetts canning-vale in Perth is one of the biggest, with plenty of machines, weights, and a dedicated functional training area with a punching bag. I usually go in the evenings, and it’s often empty, which is great! A big thanks to manager Sam for motivating and training me. After a past injury in Sydney, I had no plans to restart my gym journey. But with his guidance, I regained confidence and recovered well. I will always remember your favour. Highly recommend this gym for its space, equipment, and supportive staff!

Negative experience: Worse Jetts I’ve been to. Old and run down equipment, parts missing and assisted weight machines not balanced. No water at water fountain, hand dryer in toilet not working. Can tell machines and toilets are not cleaned properly. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I think it might be one of the biggest Jetts gym in Perth if not the biggest. Plenty of machines, weights and benches. It has 2 levels/floors with one dedicated for functinal training which also has a punching bag. I usually go there in the evenings or on weekends and it is usually empty which means I have the whole gym to myself :)

Negative experience: Very poor customer service by staff on today on Saturday. Been told on the phone that membership can be done but when i came all the way from piara waters to the gym been told they can't help me. I could have been given that information over the phone. Very disappointed
