Fantastic experience: I have been training at Beaconsfield Fitness Centre for nearly two years. This gym is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The place is always clean, staffed and the equipment is always in excellent condition. The fees are insanely cheap for a gym, especially considering the broad range of equipment and classes that are available.

Negative experience: Do you guys price match? I could sign up for derrimuts $200 a year $700 for this small little gym owner must be smokin crack

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many gyms but this gym is the first I’ve ever felt comfortable in. There is such a community vibe, the instructors are so great, keeping the group classes fun and engaging - shout-out to Josh! There is plenty of equipment and a very non judgmental environment which is what gyms need to be. Very reasonably priced too considering the amount of classes on offer. Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few gyms in my day and I find the owner operated gyms to be the best equipped and well kept. BF is spotless (always) the music is kept at a level that is appropriate and the equipment is all new. I’m a happy member with nothing but positives things to say about Beaconsfield Fitness

Negative experience: Just wants to make a comment on review done by gs below and the business owner's response. I'm that friend mentioned in that comment by Gurpreet. Dear John, Not sure why you felt the need of making up a false story about bullying when that incident never happened. Myself plus the male staff is the witness of that interaction. How about you do better and comment on actual issues mentioned by Gurpreet. The only people who's rude and bully in this situation are the gym owners who are failing to comment on why they were unable to tell why fees charged were not mentioned and instead of apologising making comments like these things can happen ( that we forgot to mention the fees). I wonder what comments you will make now on my character now because that's what bullies do. Own it and Do better John.

Negative experience: This gym may boast top-notch facilities and excellent equipment, but the overall experience is marred by an unprofessional and obstinate staff, particularly the manager or owner. When I initially signed up for a membership, the gym conveniently omitted mentioning a token fee of approximately $9. While this fee might be insignificant, it's a matter of principle that businesses should be transparent about their charges and not mislead people. The real nightmare began when I convinced a friend to join as well. During his registration all his details were captured verbally by their staff and they made a glaring error by inputting incorrect bank details for the direct debit, resulting in a $10 charge from the bank. Shockingly, the gym manager put the blame squarely on my friend, despite the fact that he had no incentive to provide incorrect information. When I confronted the gym manager about these issues, her response was beyond disappointing. She claimed ignorance about why the bank details were entered incorrectly and refused to acknowledge her staff's mistake. Even when another staff member present during our conversation admitted that they had failed to inform me about the token fee, the manager nonchalantly dismissed it with a "these things happen" attitude-( exactly her words). What struck me most was the manager's utter lack of accountability and professionalism. Instead of rectifying the situation or apologizing, she offered to cancel my membership, a move that came off as both unprofessional and rude. While this gym may offer an array of facilities and equipment, it is sorely let down by a negligent and unapologetic staff, particularly the manager or owner. Their failure to be upfront about fees, inability to rectify their own errors, and unprofessional behavior are inexcusable and make this gym a regrettable choice. Hi John, Thank you for your response below. It's very sad to see that as a Business owner you were unable to address the actual concerns of explaining FAILING TO COVER your DUTY OF DISCLOSURE and commenting on manager's comments THESE THINGS HAPPEN. but instead you took an approach to attack my character by lying on this platform with a made up story. your allegation of bullying female staff never happened because I was served by male staff who I approached and he immediately said he's new and will get manager to answer the payment query- SO BULLYING NEVER HAPPENED- witness to this is your own male staff plus security cameras can be checked that I was never got served by female staff - I hope you will investigate this and will apologies for defamation of my character publicly and hopefully be able to address the actual concern.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, lovely owners, great range of new equipment and well-laid out workout spaces. This Fitness Centre also has probably the fairest pricing policy I've ever found! There is a range of classes tailored for all abilities and well-structured, science-backed personal training sessions. My faves would have to be Club Ride and PT with John, and Express Lunch with Anica! Funny thing is, I wasn't looking to join a gym, but I'm so glad I've found and joined this one!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place to train!! We were over the big commercial competitors in Pakenham. They had way too many members, too much broken gear and nothing ever got put back where it belongs. Now that we have signed up at Beaconsfield Fitness Centre we couldnt be happier. A sparkling clean gym, everything works as it should!! Shut up and take our money..... we couldnt be happier.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Great instructors, fabulous classes offered and so many of them. The facilities are really modern. All the equipment is brand new and there is lots to choose from. And I recommend PT with John.

Fantastic experience: Beaconsfield fitness centre is by far the best gym in the area! I’ve tried a few and none of the others tick the boxes like this one does. The revamp of the gym has a fresh appeal, the staff/owners are so welcoming and great to deal with, the timetable is perfect, especially for those that work a lot and the equipment that is in use is just as good. Would highly recommend to all those that are looking for a gym in the area!

Fantastic experience: A gym with heart and soul. If you’re looking for a gym with an authentic community, this is it. For close to 10 years, I have made the 30 minute drive multiple times a week to Beaconsfield Gym. Why? Because attending the classes here are the bright spots in my week. It is rare to find a gym where not only inclusion and community is fostered but also combine with phenomenal instructor knowledge and skill. No matter your age, experience or ability, there is no judgement here! But rather instructors that take the time to learn your name and tailor classes to suit your needs and abilities. Jaye and all the instructors have a breadth of knowledge and experience that is unsurpassed by any other gym I have attended. This makes the classes truly unique; no boring ‘cut and paste’ formulas. Instead what you find is a supportive environment, whereby you are taught and challenged with quality instruction; dynamic to include a range of techniques and skills beneficial for both mind and body. These days gyms are increasingly becoming less personal and too expensive to attend but not here. This gym is the gem amongst the stones!

Fantastic experience: In a world of the carbon copy soulless gyms, this one is the exception. You always get the personal touch. Jaye, Shannon & all the instructors create an environment of inclusion, with classes tailored every time to accommodate the group. No cookie cutter boring routines here. My family has been using this centre for well over 20 years & yes, sure the decor may be a bit dated & some newer equipment is always nice, however I wouldn’t trade it in for any of the other shiny places around here. You cannot buy the sense of community you will find here, patrons of all ages mixing with ease & none of that icky feeling of intimidation or judgement. I’ve tried all the fads and whilst they have their merits, freestyle classes are a classic for a reason. When you have solid instructors like this team, it’s simply magic.
