Fantastic experience: Completing the 6 week challenge with Tanna at Bailey’s Bodies has been an absolute game changer. The strategies I learnt within the challenge were achievable and maintainable. Fantastic experience: I've just completed a 6 week challenge and feel great! Much more energy, and I'm eating & sleeping better too. I've learnt to balance work and life better and built new healthier habits. The trainers are so knowledgeable and importantly they're super compassionate and encouraging. Fantastic experience: I recently took part in the 6 week challenge with Bailey’s Bodies. After years of poor eating choices Tanna was able to help me focus and set realistic food goals through one on one coaching and menu planning that focussed on increasing the amount of protein in my diet accompanied by exercise at bootcamp sessions. It only took 4 weeks for me to notice a positive change, not only with starting to build muscle, but more importantly having a much healthier relationship with food. It has now been quite a few months since completing the challenge and the positive changes are still with me. I cannot recommend Bailey’s Bodies highly enough for anyone who is looking to make a lasting impact on their health and wellbeing. Tanna is an outstanding personal trainer, coach and mentor who genuinely cares about every client. Take the first step, you won’t ever look back!

Fantastic experience: I found Tanna on a FB page that I had been following for some time and eventually bit the bullet and started the 6 week challenge she had going. Meeting Tanna for the first time was easy, it was like I had known her my whole life, she is friendly, easy going, direct and best of all, great at what she does. The 6 week challenge helped me learn about slowly changing my food choices and portion sizes, whilst incorporating new exercises into a gym program, that Tanna helped me tweak for the areas I wanted to work on. I am still able to enjoy the foods and chocolate but just in smaller doses...which is fine by me :-) Tanna, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise nutrition and even if you feel down, she is happy to chat and listen. If you are looking for a great trainer with a fab personality but also a task master and takes no crap...... Tanna is your PT lady :-)

Fantastic experience: Tanna and her dedicated team have been wonderful, helping me enormously in losing weight which I have struggled unsuccessfully to lose for years. They are incredibly motivating and knowledgeable. I also love doing the online exercise classes. I have meet a lot of lovely people online which has been great, especially during lockdown.
Fantastic experience: I love ❤️ Baileysbodies. Tanna changed my life in 2008 when I first met her. She trains me to fight like Agent Carter. But in all seriousness if you need to get back into shape this is the place to come. Plenty of ventilation if you are worried about training in the gym.
Fantastic experience: I love attending the Mums and Bubs sessions with my kids. They are busy playing or copying us while we participate in a range of exercises that are always different. Boxing sessions are easily my favourite. Easy to book casual sessions and awesome trainers to push us to keep going. Best thing I've done in a long time was joining up and becoming a part of it.

Fantastic experience: Bailey's Bodies is not only a fitness group, it's a family. I felt welcomed and supported from the start. It's sometimes a nervy thing to rock up to a group fitness class by yourself, but Tanna and the trainers have got such a way about them that they know this and make sure you're comfortable enough to get that workout done, and then want to come back! My fitness has improved so much, I've made so many beautiful friends and I'm part of a community that is supportive, caring and is always your biggest cheerleader!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, knowledgable and communicable. Easy to talk to and share goals with, and was willing to give me a free trial to work out what exercise classes and methods of contact worked best for me. Workouts are short but not rushed, high intensity, fat burning and a lovely encouraging atmosphere amongst other clients as well. Would recommend for anyone wanting a social but high intensity work out session when living amongst a busy lifestyle as well.

Fantastic experience: Baileys Bodies was a great programme happened to me during Covid lockdown. Eventhough you are aware of being healthy is important sometimes you lack of motivation, Tanna was a friendly lovely person, a best personal trainer who understands me sew through me and push me harder. I would recommend baileys for anyone who wants to change their lifestyle to prevent chronic diseases, depression Also to achieve personal goals. Exercise is a part of medicine its a cure for moat of the root causes of illness, something we all need to understand.

It’s doesn’t matter what fitness level you are you can work at your own pace. Tanna and her trainers are fantastic they are very encouraging and really push you to work hard. Fantastic experience: I drive from Richmond at 5am each morning just so I can train with Bailey's Bodies! Tanna and her team of trainers make the 6am starts enjoyable and the drive worthwhile! Each session is different, there is so much variety in the cardio and strength exercises we do, never tedious or boring. I've had some excellent weight loss results in my year with Bailey's Bodies, all due to the hard work of the trainers and expert nutritional advice that Tanna provides. A fun and challenging bootcamp that I would highly recommend to anyone!
