Fantastic experience: Great Gym with great staff!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Plenty of equipment and the owners are lovely to deal with.

Negative experience: Leaking ceiling boards, old gym equipment, nasty owners specially the old woman. Cut price gym membership but a huge compromise. Stay clear of this dungeon.

Positive experience: New management. Space has been updated. Good atmosphere

Fantastic experience: no contracts no hard sell relaxed friendly gym .the owners of the gym are always available to assist with your goals .don't waste your time or Especially money on other gyms as you won't find one with the equipment this gym has to offer at their reasonable prices .take them up on their free trial offer and see for yourself .you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I put off joining a gym for months due to confidence levels being low. But the staff there made joining easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The cost works with my budget and no contract means I have the flexibility when I finish study and get full time work. Greg is very knowledgeable and happy to help me reach my goals, and then push me further to create new ones. I have never looked or felt better in my life and it would never have happened if I hadn't have joined this gym.

Fantastic experience: I was a member at a local franchised gym for the last few years, but had been looking for a gym that offered more than what I was getting. I was very happy to discover this gym and the extensive range it offered, in particular for weightlifting. The bonus are the owners, Barb and Greg who has a wealth of experience in this area and are happy to share advice and create programs to suit individual needs. You can really tell the difference between a franchise and an independently owned gym...best decision was to join this one.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have found a local gym that I am so comfortable at, particularly as it’s been 15 years since I attended one. This gym offers plenty of ongoing support, a great range of equipment, a clean and welcoming atmosphere and good value membership options. This a gym where many members are long term, including the new owners who were members themselves. They are a local family who have a huge amount of experience in the world of health and fitness and are really in tune with what their members need and want. Their manager is very friendly too and happy to help the members during the well-timed staffed hours.

Fantastic experience: For the first time i can say i love my gym in a long time. I used to go to goodlife in caloundra on the sunshine coast which i loved. Then i moved to the north lakes area. And i continued my contracted membership at Rothwell.. i hated it.. i hated how busy it was and the vibe. I then tried Jetts mango hill once my membership expired... i cancelled after a few months because it was too small and it felt uncomfortable and smelt weird.. FINALLY i found my holy grail in workout 24/7 north lakes. Barb and her partner Greg own and run the gym.. they take the time anf effort to make their customers feel special like free exercise and meal plans (not just a one off) and will always go out of their way to say hello when your in. Everyone who goes there is lovely, there is always equipment (the equipment is very good in my eyes) and even during what id consider peak period its quiet. There is no contracts, no upfront/signup cost (besides the fob to access the gym $29.00 but they have package deals where you dont have to pay for it) I am a bigger girl and am quite self conscious but i can honestly say i jump out of bed and look forward to heading down to the workout 24/7 north lakes.
