Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience at Vitality Physio Hope Island. From the moment I arrived, the environment was welcoming and professional. My introductory physiotherapy session was expertly managed by Tennille, whose depth of knowledge, clear communication, and personalised approach immediately put me at ease. The session was further supported and overseen by practitioner Ally, whose guidance and attention to detail reinforced the clinic’s commitment to high-quality care. It was evident that both practitioners are passionate about achieving the best outcomes for their clients. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in the treatment plan ahead. Highly recommended for anyone seeking professional and caring physiotherapy services.

Fantastic experience: My first visit,, certainly a very positive experience, from Reception , to treatments from Tennille , which was concentrated upon my initial sore knee. Today I received a SMS, enquiring if I had any pain following treatment.

Fantastic experience: Called here last minute today bc I woke with muscle soreness and tightness and couldn’t put pressure on my right leg. Was treated by Steve who was amazing! He used dry needling, massage, some stretching and finally taping to help alleviate some of the discomfort with walking. He was attentive and took his time listening then trying to fix my issue and reduce my discomfort. I already feel some relief. The young woman at the front desk was so lovely and I was so appreciative they were able to fit me in today. I will be back for a follow up next week. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend My Vitality Physio at Hope Island. The staff are all really friendly and very knowledgeable. My physiotherapist is Tailah and I can't speak highly enough of her. She has also had a very gentle approach to my very painful injury and I am really pleased with the progress I'm making. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: Damon at MVP is really helping me with my badly broken ankle. Having regular physio at MVP has me walking and mobile and totally controlled the pain. After each session, I have more range of movement. I tried 2 physiotherapist’s before I tried MVP and after the first session, I knew this was the perfect place to help with my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I visited My Vitality in Dec 2020 and Jan/Feb 21 in a world of pain caused by a bulging disc in my lower back. I could hardly walk and driving was impossible. Andre looked after me and I cannot speak highly enough of his treatment. The first visit was nothing but questions and diagnosing. Thereafter he gave me gentle exercises which were stepped up after each visit. It was slow and gradual progress, but for the last 12 months I have been living pain free. Andre - thank you so much. Your treatment has made such a difference to my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: I would like to commend Lachland Townsend and Nikki Walker for the physio services and helping me "cure" a back pain issue. From them, I learned that your back pain often has no physical reason, and that pain can come from simply avoiding motions that are uncomfortable. By following closely their exercise and stretching programs we've reached the goal of pain free, wide ranging motion. My back feels stronger and more flexible than it has for years. Make me feel younger! I highly recommend My Vitality Physio and their services at Hope Island (Lachlan) and Paradise Point (Nikki). The two of them worked together to fix my back and you can tell by the fact that I am writing this, I am enjoying a great outcome. My golf game has actually improved as well.
