Fantastic experience: I highly recommend velocity. It’s such an amazing gym. Aine is so very caring and supportive I think she might be the best personal trainer I know :) i was a bit nervous when I first joined the gym because I didn’t think it was the place for me and also having had an extensive operation on my back I was really worried that I might hurt it again or end up in pain, every injury is taken on by Aine and she knows what you can do and what you can’t do. I have had the best experience at velocity that I would encourage Everyone to join!! You are treated like you matter. It’s always really nice be greeted by Libby when you arrive. These lady’s are just so very kind hearted and wonderful people

Fantastic experience: Aine is the most brilliant trainer and motivator I've ever encountered anywhere, and it was amazing to find her in Bega! She's tough, smart and really, REALLY knows her stuff. A decade or so ago she helped me rehabilitate after hip replacement surgery. Last year (and another hip replacement later) I saw her again and in two months I felt better than I had in ten years. I was fitter, back to a healthy weight, had the tools to straighten my spine and my gait, redesign my diet and to stay on track when I'm on the road. For an older body and real-world strategies I can't recommend Aine and Velocity highly enough - they're brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I have been training there on a regular basis from January 2022. Velocity has helped me get fitter, stronger and brought back my flexibility. Great place to train. You will get results!

Negative experience: Turned up for a single session so I could decide if my wife and 3 daughters should become members. I was turned away because they wouldn't let me in without paying for at least a 3 month membership. There was only 1 person in the whole gym, so it's not like I would've gotten in someone's way. This is not a great way to treat locals and I'll definitely pass this around my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym! The staff is always extremely friendly and willing to help out in any way they can. They offer equipment for all training styles and focus on making sure you become the healthiest version of YOU. I cannot stress enough how awesome this gym is. :)

Fantastic experience: Aine at Velocity took me under her wing with the GOLD program and I saw life changing results. Aine designed movements and exercise around my complete unfittnes and painful body parts and along with encouraging healthier delicious food choice, the results came. At Velocity it's lovely to witness a gym where people of all ages, sizes and levels are treated with genuine and friendly regard. The coaches will work with you to adapt programs for health conditions and injuries. Their knowledge is inspiring and the gym environment is friendly, relaxed and non pretentious with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Fantastic experience: The location of Velocity is perfect for me, The Staff at the gym i (Peter) find very helpful when you need to change your programme, Aine helps me look after my food log and keep an eye on my well being, The best thing about this gym is you don't have to ware the latest gym outfits, old holey pants and a sloppy shirts suits me just the way i like it. Come and enjoy at good time.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming along to this gym for a while and love it because its a non judgemental place to relax with mates and have some laughs. The staff are always there to talk through any issues you might have and are genuinely concerned about your health and wellbeing. Aine, Kean and Fiona are like family and I feel very lucky to rock up there everyday. It's good value. They have awesome music. The classes are great and above all I come out of there happier than when I arrived (Even on those dodgy winter days).......six pack.....coming soon!!
