Fantastic experience: I decided to start or join a gym because i was feeling lethargic these days and i also want to prepare for my Nepal trip. I have tried 3 gyms with their trial sessions and F45 format and timings works for me. I like the coaches, especially flynn, who entertained us. Hence, i want to commit myself in Long term. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: I love training at F45 Toowong. The staff are amazing and are always encouraging. Once you start at F45, you’ll never go to another gym. The workouts are always varied and you don’t have to think, you just turn up and work out. F45 is addictive and perfect if you’re time poor as you train for 45mins and leave knowing that you’ve completed a challenging workout. Give it a go, it’ll change your life for the better.

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to train in this studio with this amazing team for the past 2 years. We don’t call ourselves the fitfam for nothing! Getting out of bed every morning at 430am would not be possible with out the amazing support of the trainers , as well as the amazing people I train with. All ages and fitness levels are catered for , and everyone is made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Most importantly it’s heaps of fun. Fantastic experience: I love training at F45 Toowong. The workouts are different everyday single taking the thinking process out for me. The Toowong trainers are always encouraging & checking on my form to ensure I get the best workout. The group training atmosphere along with all the above make for a unique training experience.

Negative experience: Wakes me up with loud banging every morning at 5:30.
