F45 Training Elsternwick

Fantastic experience: During my visit to VIC I've used my passport passes at F45 Elsternwick. The trainers are motivating and knowledgeable. Plus, the atmosphere is welcoming, regardless of your fitness level. Highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to level up their fitness journey.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership mid-January 2024 and a $100 refund was due. I have continued to chase this up, am being told that the refund has been processed but the funds never arrive. I've tried calling, emailing and asking for a return phone call but geez, still hearing crickets. I've now lodged my complaint with ACCC. F45 Elsternwick could have had me back as a customer once I had given birth but I now want nothing more to do with them!!

Fantastic experience: I truly want to thank all the f45 team I have been there for almost 3 months now and I already lost 6 kilos. I cannot thank them enough for helping me in this journey. The team has been fabulous as they extremely friendly, and they help you so much. They understand it’s extremely hard sometimes and they are always beside you in the whole process! I cannot thank them enough for all their support! Also the classes are very good for losing weight, gaining muscle and keep fit! Thank you to the f45 team in Elsternwick!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym! The team is super welcoming, very nice, the exercises are really great and different from one day to another, which makes it possible not to get bored. It’s possible to take a monthly or session subscription, which is very practical when we are just passing through Melbourne, for example. I really loved my Saturday morning sessions with Anna & Bella which are very motivating! Thanks also to Jackie for her support and her kindness.

Fantastic experience: Such an easy, efficient, affective way to exercise. I love coming in 1 min before the class and not having to think about planning my workout. It’s well worth the money! All the trainers are so wonderful and push you to do your best every session.

Fantastic experience: Have recently completed the 6 week challenge at F45 Elsternwick and have really enjoyed both the staff and the classes. The staff have been welcoming, super friendly and have helped push me to apply myself well throughout the challenge. Not only have they been motivating, but they have also helped me improve my technique which is critical to avoid injuries and to get the most out of the exercises. Highly recommend.
