Negative experience: I love this gym and the staff here—they are always super nice and helpful! However, the temperature inside is way too hot for a proper workout. It feels like I might pass out while exercising. Please consider fixing the fans or air conditioning to make the environment more comfortable. It would make a huge difference for everyone training here. Thank you.

Positive experience: It's a good gym, always busy, but it's a sauna as well. The fans are broken and there is no aircon. I almost passed out when I tried to work out in there. There's no air, and I can tell that other people feel the same. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Fantastic experience: Gym is very well equipped and modern, the staff are excellent especially Jack ! He’s always happy to help with any training questions !

Fantastic experience: Great gym, well equipped, clean, friendly staff and members. New vending machines are convenient when needed. Heaps of cardio equipment means u never have to wait.

Negative experience: They are really not helpful and after i cancelled my membership they deducted money 2 times saying it is not showing on their portal and when i tried to cancel again they told me now they will deduct 1 more time and i ended up loosing $120 and I’m not at all happy with the service and response.

Fantastic experience: First time here and seems fantastic so far. Edit: been coming for a while now and it's still clean and tidy with the equipment in good order.
