Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the overall experience taking my daughter to Infinity Gym. I emailed to try and speak directly with the owner, but still haven’t had a phone call back to discuss this feedback, so I’ll go ahead and share it here. We arrived 6 minutes late to an under 3s gymnastics class at 9:30am. That morning, we had received some really upsetting personal news, but still made the effort to get our daughter out of the house and to the class. We borrowed a work car from my husband’s job just to get there, despite everything going on. As soon as we arrived, we apologised for being late — but the coach made it clear she wasn’t happy and made sure we knew it. Her attitude from the start was cold and unwelcoming. Throughout the class, she made comments and remarks that where extremely unprofessional, including “They’re watching me on the cameras,”. She didn’t want to be there! I asked the coach for advice twice, and both times her responses were rude and passive-aggressive. I wish I had read more reviews sooner. It seems like the passion and care that once existed in this business might be gone now, which is so disheartening. A lot of families in the community could benefit from the place it used to be.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for younger kids to learn in the sports arena.

Negative experience: I was visiting over the new year and went to watch my grandchild a quite a few times and was very disappointed with staff there was no encouragement from them whatsoever, no structure to the class. I could tell you what 3 of the instructers done at the weekend as they stood and discussed it while the class jumped in and out of hoops or tumbled. I thought it was a gym class not kindy

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this place more.family friendly place, turned around massively since the new owners took over. Professionally run, coaches are great and kid friendly.

Negative experience: Disaster of a place

Negative experience: Absolute joke. The coaches look like they would rather be anywhere but there. Have raised concerns about my daughter not progressing at all. Coaches don’t encourage, interact or correct kids. Same routines over and over again. Children are bored as are the parents. Old and run down and since it’s been taken over it’s been a disaster.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been doing gymnastics with infinity since she was 3. She loves it’s and loves her coach Sally. They are the best at infinity cheers Karley

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility's, great coaching staff and just the best atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Since the first time I went to infinity gym with my daughter's I felt so welcome. Hayley and Lachlan have been so helpful teaching the girls with all the activities and I can already see such a big difference in how far the girls have come along since first starting and they have so much fun.

Positive experience: My daughter has attended here for the past year and loves it.

Fantastic experience: I used to go her and omg it was amazing especially coach niki I really wanna come back but my mum works full time just not in Sunday and Saturdays is there any chance you guys coach on Saturdays and Sundays???

Fantastic experience: Kids love it here! The instructors are only young but they seem to know what they are doing. Plus there's enough classes that I could get my daughter into gymnastics at the same time as my since does parkour. #winning!

Fantastic experience: Went with our department at school. Lots of kids, lots of movement and lots of fun! Great space for those with an interest in swinging, dancing and jumping.

Positive experience: My 6 year old grandson had a wonderful time there.
