Fantastic experience: Love my trainings with F45 West Ryde! Its a great group experience, has all the machines needed and what a great training crew! Dion is my absolute favourite trainer who really pushes me further, he gets to know each member, knows their name and knows when to bump up the weights when needed and he’s got an awesome sense of humour! Its like having your own personal trainer so its worth it - Highly recommended - all done for you, no need to think about what exercises to do, only which station to move to next! :)

Fantastic experience: F45 West Ryde is a fun and challenging place to be. The trainers really care and are always fixing form! The sense of community is there and you never feel outside of your comfort zone. I would highly recommend to all that are interested! You will not be disappointed & will see results.

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best F45 in Sydney. Trainer is very supportive. Absolutely amazing!! I never had a bad session there. I give it 5 stars any day of the week.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are fantastic and made a newcomer feel very welcome and supported. The space may not seem huge but it never feels cramped and is always in good condition. Definitely recommend

Negative experience: Horrible process for induction and cancellation. Took an average of one week to reply per email, and when they do reply they don't even fully answer the question being asked which makes it even more frustrating so you have to email again and wait. I started paying before the gym was opened, to which they don't understand how I prepaid but the gym wasn't even opened. Then once it was opened, they sent mixed messages, saying the gym was closed when it was opened (wasted at least two week's membership because of the email saying that it wasnt opened yet). On my first day the lady signing me in was rushing and abrupt, I tried to read the terms I was signing only to be abruptly told "just sign here". When trying to cancel, it again took a week in between emails and I wanted to know my end date since I prepaid and got no actual answer. Absolutely pathetic, waste of money, its a shame basics administration isn't cared for. Their acknowledgement/recovery email was again a week late, didn't address the issues and was just a standard thank you for your feedback response. Their trainer was good though at least, facilities nice as its new, but it is a very small gym for a class size of 36. The idea behind it is good, this branch just can't pull it off.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic workout sessions with very visible resuts, couple of trainers are awesome and ensure U do the workout correctly and push you to the maximum.
